Big Dig Energy

After 10 minutes of game, it stopped replenishing energy out of the blue.

Great game, very fun and addictive. but few things i would suggest ladders/ropes to assist getting out instead of just an expensive jetpack. and fixing bugs that causes you to be jumping out of your hole youve dug only to be thrown back to the bottom.

I like this game. I however cannot recommend it. If the problems were fixed i'd 100% recommend it. 1) the saving is insane. I personally believe playing with autosaves is unplayable as you have to sit there for what feels like forever instead of the instant we're used too. 2) Clipping through the ground is a constant problem if you run to fast. You will get stuck you will have to dig yourself out about half the time. 3) The Jet pack is so bad its basically useless. Even at max it drains Stamina so fast you cannot rely on it to get you to the surface if you're reasonably deep.

Originally got this game to play with friends. Fun with friends and good mind-numbing game solo. Some reviews have been overly harsh, If you like grindy games this is more than worth the money. The only cons for this game I have are the fact that the ores mined do not save on the ground ( lost a couple thousand worth of ore finding that out) and that it could definitely use more upgrades to the drill, jetpack, and stamina as they feel small for the map size.

I love mining games and think people should try this game out even if just to support the dev. This is a good mining game and the fact that it has multiplayer is awesome. In the end though the traversal mechanic becomes so annoying I stopped playing the game. Your character canno jump very high and the collision detection is quite sensitive. Worse, there is no ability to build return conveyances like ladders, ramps, or elevators. You get a jet pack but it uses the same stamina you need to dig so it's nearly useless for what you need it for. I've had many runs just end because I could not dig a ramp out for myself and couldn't use the jet pack, either. A huge chunk of my time was spent awkwardly trying to skyrim jump out of the hole which is not fun. Even if we were to get a double jump or some means of returning to base that was not such a pain that would really help. Even if you had some stamina regen that would make it so you don't have to abandon the run.

My son saw this and asked if this was a Roblox game. It probably would have been better if it was.

My wife and I are very much enjoying this game. Its so far the best of the dig games that I have tried.
