Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

You've been hired to work a farm in the isolated town of Besmirch. The land is failing, the people are frightened, and the Baron’s tithe grows heavier by the day. Whispers of an apocalypse drift between shuttered windows, and every night unholy monstrosities move beyond the fields. Your task is as simple as it is impossible: keep the town alive long enough to save it.

As the latest farmhand, you’ll coax crops from barren earth, cook what little you can, and fight tooth and nail to protect every sapling. Each seed struggles to grow, and each harvest is a hard-won victory. Keep a pittance for yourself and share what you can with a town desperate for relief, while still surrendering the Baron’s due. This cursed farm is your lifeline, your burden, and your battleground.

Besmirch’s outskirts are riddled with hidden places, buried secrets, forgotten sins. Brave the Baron's crumbling Mansion; scavenging what you can from its haunted depths. Explore while daylight lasts, for when night comes, demons awake. You must hurry home, seal the doors, and pray your faith does not fail you.

The people of Besmirch pass judgement by omens as much as deeds, and their blessings turn to curses when hunger rises. To stay in their good graces, you must walk carefully between superstition, devotion, and the secrets they refuse to share. With their perception poisoned by desperation, you must prove you are worth more alive than banished.

I haven't made it terribly far, but the in-game week or so that I've experienced has been really fun!
Stardew and FAITH have a MORTIS PLOT
Just not even remotely close yet The bugs at the moment are so horrendous that I cannot even tell how much of the game is there yet. quest flags are all over the place, and it's super easy to do them out of order causing you, for instance, find a missing child that hasn't actually gone missing yet. Hard crashes are fairly rare, made up for plentiful in the many fun states in which the game can become softlocked, often softlocked in a way that cannot be fixed at all and requires you to start a full new save. No contingencies whatsoever are made for even slightly odd player behaviour. I can see a good game here but until the whole thing is at a point where I can play through it from beginning to end without needing to memorize the softlock triggers to avoid, I'm going to strongly reccomend you hold off on a purchase. Early access is good for games that still need a bit to finish cooking but this has just barely finished setting out the ingridients

i was anxious to buy this game since i saw it in a video from Bare Metal Bryan. and now that it is on early access i can finally say that i really love this game. the atmosphere is really delightful. while some may think that the limited color pallet may be well... limiting. i think it really brings charm and uniqueness to the game. this piece leaves you intrigued and curious all the time with questions like: "what they are hiding?" "what will happen?" or "will we survive?" all the while not being too mysterious so that the player has some connection to the setting. while i do not think it is really scary most of the time (some monster designs are even goofy), i think the vibes and setting alone can carry the game really far.
good
The game is Great! The SpoOkY bones of this Videogame skeleton are very promising, but there definitely a lot of kinks Gross! Bugs! that need to be squashed!
Stardew valley but all the villagers are starving and you receive strange visitors in the night.. actually works really well, I like the uncanny retro-horror vibe. What's here right now is kind of bare bones but with the days going so fast there's plenty to do. There's a good amount of monsters and curiosities to be found in and around Besmirch. Can't wait for more to be added to the game and to see the complete version.
stardew spooky valley
Beautifully crafted game with an intruiging and unique presentation. I'm not huge on farming sims and have played almost zero horror games, but this truly has drawn me in. The care that's been put into making this is evident; I experienced a bug in the first day or two of release, posted on steam forums and the developer replied within minutes, as well as being responsive otherwise. At the price, there's no reason not to roll the dice if it looks like your bag
awesome!
