Belongings

[i]You may miss them, you may love them, but do you really know them?[/i] Belonging is a point-and-click sidescroller game where we spend the majority of our time interacting with items all telling complying stories, each representing something significant to the person it used to belong to. This game deals with grief, cherishing and moving on, but it is a little more than once the true meaning behind the relationship gets revealed which was handled brilliantly thanks to the many foreshadowing throughout the game to make the shock value warrened. I won't spoil what it is, just know the game is deeper than it may seem at first value. I wouldn't recommend it for the full price, just if you can get it at a discount especially if you have broken up with someone or lost someone dear to your heart. This game will be worth your time if you are struggling with the loss of someone important to you as it does well conveying the realistic journey someone may have to go through mourning for the person who isn't around anymore and learning to find meaning behind the relationship. What I'm trying to say this game may not be able to heal the inflicted for the unfortunate event that occurred, but hopefully give you enough motivation to keep moving forward and try something flesh with the people who care for you knowing you're not alone in this.

Первый раз пишу отзыв первым, тем обиднее, что приходится ставить палец вниз. Это, по сути, визуальная новелла - ходишь туда-сюда, трогаешь всякие предметы и слушаешь (точнее, читаешь, ибо никакой озвучки тут нет) комментарии героини. Изредка нужно сделать что-то другое - ответить на телефонный звонок или покопаться в компьютере. Игра очень короткая, буквально часа на полтора, но это не было бы проблемой, умей она рассказать интересную историю. Но не сложилось. Я понял идеи, которые пытается донести разработчик, и они мне по нраву. Но нельзя же подавать их настолько грубо и в лоб. Тоньше надо быть, тоньше и изящнее. Не говоря уже о том, что сам этот главный сюжетный твист нереалистичный, абсурдный и больше похож на бред сумасшедшего. Я до последнего надеялся, что это такая странная шутка и вот-вот начнётся настоящий сюжет - но сюжет так и не начался, а игра закончилась. Кроме того, тексты, которые приходится читать, слишком сухие и скучные. Их словно нейросеть писала, а не живой человек. В 90% случаев это что-то вроде "Белое вечернее платье. Она купила его онлайн и ни разу не надевала" - ага, спасибо большое, очень интересно. Если бы сюжет немного углубить, сделать его сложнее, героинь - не такими одномерными, а тексты - более красочным и живыми, то получилась бы отличная визуальная новелла, которая читается с удовольствием и надолго запоминается. То, что есть сейчас - это скорее набросок, чем законченное произведение. Я запросил возврат средств, но на разработчика подписался. Может быть, он доведёт эту штуку до ума. Тогда-то я снова её и куплю.

Extremely good short story about what it means to lose someone you love. "Belongings" takes us through the psychological journey of healing, and some mysteries hidden behind one's death. Accepting truths and moving forward is more often than not, quite a complicated thing to do... The main characters are part of the LGBT umbrella 🏳️‍🌈 _______ If there's anything i'd improve about this game, is that i really wish we could unpack Jenn's belongings in the new apartment near the end. It would emphasize the act of a new beginning -- and maybe allow the player to take a picture of the sunset :)

Belongings is a simple game about the very emotional journey of a mourning woman. After playing the demo, I had expected something different from what I got - but I certainly was NOT disappointed! You get cute visuals, beautiful music, and a gripping story here so I'd definitely recommend it!

Cute game about letting go and moving on. I love the art style and music. The story hit me in the feels, which I honestly wasn't expecting. I don't want to mention spoilers, but I think the game is worth some attention!
