Genuinely id have more fun shoving a porcupine up my ass. The mini games feel unfinished and luck based not skill based and ive read the devs response to people with the same complaint and "its possible" doesn't make it good. edit went back just turn your settings to the lowest and the minigames change.
Half Thumbs. One hand I would say I had a fun time with this. Secrets can be hard to find. But if you don't play this game all the way through or often, you won't be in the right headspace at all. Here I was thinking that Bullet Hell aspects would work in FPS, but it is a niche as it gets. Way better game and humor than the trashy High on Life games.
It's like High on Life, but pretty much better in every way.
Amazing. Great humor and design. Love the platform, bullet hell, doom mix of gameplay with a weapon level system that requires using the weapons. +1 point for Max being mentioned in the dialogue so much as a Max myself.
This game gets much less attention than it deserves. The jokes are very good, there are many more good jokes in it than in the entire Borderlands series combined and there are zero ideological/political bullsh.t. The combat itself is most reminiscent of Serious Sam, so it's not overcomplicated, but the developers made sure that the game is not monotonous, there is always something happening between fights. The game is also very long. At the same time, the humor and style of the game is not for everyone. It's like a better Serious Sam 2.
IT WAS SOOO GOOD SO FUN idk no how its so good. GOOD PLOT TWITS
Honestly, just play high on life, i think it is better in humor and gameplay.
Epic
Saw the reviews and found it in a bundle for like $2.50 so why not. I uh.. The voice acting is.. okay. The performance, especially on low(good lord the amount of unreal engine crashes I got.) was still pretty bad. It tries to be a lot of stuff, mashing a lot of genres(especially in the FPS categories) in one and it... it's a 5/10. I was okay up till I got the shotgun, and the amount of ammo drops for a mediocre damage output that was less than the starter pistol was not very good. Plus levelling the weapons by using them? How do you do that when you're always out of ammo and have to resort back to using the pistol/blaster? Make it make sense? Anywas, it's a solid 5/10 for me. Especially with the captain's two first mates being odd stereotypes that... aren't very flattering. This is the Zapp brannigan simulator if you're wanting a more tl;dr.
