I got the game for free, but bought all the DLCs. Unfortunately a few months later BSG Deadlock was removed from the Steam store, allegedly due to licenses expiring. BSG Deadlock is a bit dry in its presentation, but it delivers where it counts in the tactical battles. Intense, as well as detailed you give order to your ships and watch the outcome in a 10 sec realtime clip. After that its your turn again to give orders and so forth. Key is to not only anticipate the Cylon future moves, but also to factor in the velocity of projectiles and even the "sluggishness" of your own ships. These are not nimble speedboats, but more akin to large cruiseships (actually: battlestars), so it takes a few seconds for them to turn starboard and aim the broadside flakcanons at the oncoming missiles. Very cool and very tactical. There's even height involved (Z-axis), with armor plating at the top and at the bottom of ships. So hit enemies where it hurts most and conversely protect your own weakpoints like a jealous lover. Presentation in the battles is good, the UI is clear. Audio, especially music is quality wise on par with the BSG show. Fans will likely love it. Storytelling (VO) is decent. DLCs are good too, giving lore wise more reasons to keep on fighting the good fight (tying nicely into the television series). The exception howerver is the Anabasis DLC, a sort of roguelike mode. I don't mind it being harder than the other campaigns, but it felt unbalanced at the same time. IMO the multiple random factors detract too much from the tactical gameplay. With the exception of that last DLC this is a great package though. Let us hope one day BSG Deadlock will return to the store. So way we all. Rating: 8.0/10

Dont waste your money on this crap game
Good soundtrack and game, hope they do a sequel.
Entretenido el juego.
