I used to love BF and wanted to get back into it again but I need to mess with my settings, a watch a video just to play this game again and the videos dont match mt settings so thank you EA now i can save space by deleting and never downloading any Battlefield game again

Tbh it aint all that bad. Reputation is lost sure but its not bad. (tbh a game for ppl who want to play battlefield 6 but their PC's barely handles it like mine) Besides that game is rotting, kinda dead. Max 2k players. Dramatical cartoony fall after BF6 released. Game is i think left to be alive and make profit which i doubt its making. If you can get it for cheap its at least for the collection of your games duh, if you cannot. Dont buy not worth. On my setup barely 60fps lowest 1080p

Mixed feelings about this game I know the shtshow back when it was still new, i was watching from the sidelines. But fast forward today, a lot has changed and happening. Please also keep in mind my previous experience with similar style of shooter games is just BF4, BF1 and Phant- DiddyForces on roblox Lets start from the good things: [*]Despite dead servers you still can have some fun with the AIs [*]Weapon mechanics are lowkey fun to mess with, changing setup on the spot is really helpful [*]Personally, gunplay feels alright. Some may hated it but its alright after moving from BF4 and BF1 [*]Surprisingly im getting good frames despite how potato my build is [*]Surprisingly has no issue with the "Moderate XP" gained, its alright, just avoid lobbies with "Restricted XP" Now things i dislike: [*]Internet dependent, it forces you to always online even though you just want to play vs bots [*]Hardware requirement (TPM and other stuffs) is really annoying to dealt with and quite invasive imo [*]No EOS plan so no one know if you still can just play the game when they finally pulled the plug [*]Missed opportunity to only allow selected BF3 weapons to be used, they should just allow players to have weapons from other series available to be used in the main battle [*]Attachments/Weapons acquired doesn't sync properly, you may have completed the X kill requirement to get attachment/Gun Y but its either greyed out or not greyed out but you cant equip it. The fix is to clear the cache on your EA apps [*]EMPTY MAPS [*]Love/hate relationship with the tactical sprint, in one hand it is necessary to navigate through the EMPTY MAP if you are playing conquest, in another hand i hated it because it brainrotted me so much that i already hardwired to double tap shift key when i played SWBF2 [*]Hero system suck [*]Game is dead so you better off browse random servers that has AI in it [*]No map pick ban, some map is just too wide and empty i just want to exclude it from the rotation altogether Conclusion, is it worth to buy? If the game is on massive sale like on 80% - 90% discount? hell yeah, if you're not too fond of the starter weapons i think grabbing the elite edition for some more extra weapons isn't a bad purchase as long as you have the money, its not a must but not a bad idea to do. Especially if you are too broke to afford BF6 If the game is in full price or on sale but under 70% - 80% threshold? DONT BUY. Better skip this and buy BF6 instead. Core gameplay and lack of transparency for future post-EOS plan is not worth your money on that price Overall, with that many cons and seemingly lack of redeeming factor, i unfortunately have to say i did not recommend it although i was having a blast with it. But.. it may change later once EA finally allows people to just play offline and lifted the TPM requirements once the inevitable EOS is near for this dead game Edit: remind me when the inevitable happen and they are actually doing what i wished, feel free to remind me through any shape/form until i finally update my review
