A quick play that brings thoughts of the Adventure Game Construction Kit. Altogether a good game with an easy control system and no real stopping points.
A nice turn-based game with graphics that are very reminiscent of old-school games.
RPG clásico minimalista en sus diferentes apartados, pero equilibrado en su jugabilidad y entretenido en todo momento. Introduce algunos refinamientos modernos que son de agradecer (autosave y quicktravel). Vale lo que cuesta.

Short and fun RPG, reminescent of old Ultima games. I think it's worth the low asking price. The game is fairly linear both in the way you explore the world (with some small side-areas) and the way you advance your skills and equipment.
Fantastic game! I hope you make another game,
Short and well-focused game with a decent story, good writing, varied challenges and a charming look. It's a full tactical "JRPG", without the 500 hours of grind and without the anime sprites. Yes range attacks go through walls, but you get used to it. And since characters do NOT walk through walls, there is still a lot of tactical depth. I really struggled at one point, a monster that could be damaged by one weapon only. That means that you need a character that is able to solo that enemy. The other characters won't be doing very much but provide support. Remember: support isn't just healing or buffs, it's also distracting the monster with things to hit. It took me a few tries but I managed. It made me feel smart :D. Also, only two typos in the entire game. Pretty sweet.
A fun RPG in a retro style. The game reminds me of the old Ultima series, just not as long. Travel the world as one of several classes of characters, gathering allies, completing quests, and becoming stronger as you seek to defeat the lich king who has taken over your kingdom. Interactions and battles are all done with point-and-click which makes playing the game a simple task, certainly not complicated at all. You can play as one of several classes, which allows for some replay and the ability to make different decisions to see what different outcomes may occur. Total play time is > 10 hours. Overall, a short, fun game. Would definitely pick it up in a sale.
Overall, a short but enjoyable RPG. Took me around six hours to complete, but I feel like that was about the right length for this game. It kept the pace high, and I appreciate being able to play an RPG that's on the shorter side for the genre. The graphics and audio, while very old school, are nicely done for what they are. I was at first put off by them, but settled into things quite quickly. The story is probably the weakest area, but it works well enough. The combat is where the game really shines in my opinion. Combat is tactical and encounters have clearly been thought out by the developer. As my party and abilities grew, I found myself discovering new strategies for defeating enemies. Being able to edit combat order would be nice, as you do often end up in narrow environments and the character you want up front can't get there, and the limit on potions you can carry seems a bit low, but overall I had a good time with this game and would recommend it for what it is: a short, yet satisfying RPG.
SO close to a YES, and a big YES, its fun and neat. Not complicated at all. A decent levelling up mini RPG with a team of 6 or 7 characters to recruit. Basic quests, lots of enemies. Combat can be a little too easy, but it is fun and not too easy often if u go to far to areas u r not ready yet, but a bit of thinking and battle tactics and u cant go wrong. Whats bad is the lack of control. I have a cow as a party member. A type of barbarian but cannot equip items. Well, I wouldn't mind having the option of removing her so I can recruit the ca...I mean Necromancer. Now in fairness I DID recruit the necromancer...its just that why did my RANGER have to suddenly leave the party? Surely I can choose to remove the COW instead? Nope. Annoying. Another Bad point is that walls don't mean much, u can always attack through them, spears or arrows. BUT, its a cheap game at £6, plenty of fun to take your time with for 10-15 hours, maybe a tad more completing every sub-quest.
I really like the small amount of time I've put into this game, but MAN it could use a full screen mode and controller support. Full screen at the very least. I haven't encountered a window-only game in ages.
