[h1]Most Recent Review[/h1] It's out of Early Access now and this is frankly one of the greatest strategy games I've ever played. I mean granted it's nothing like Halo Wars or Total War or anything and instead is just some simple board-game fun, but even so it's very difficult to make a strategy game of any kind and keep my interest for months at a time. Battle Bolts was frankly the first strategy game to do that in 10 years and is my favorite Croteam Incubator game thus far. [h1]Original Early Access Review[/h1] So... Battle Bolts. It is rare that I show interest in a game such as this. I knew that it was some sort of turn-based board-game-style tank strategy... and perhaps the board game idea caught my attention. In any case, I can say that the whole concept is interesting to me and the gameplay is solid. For whatever reason Battle Bolts somehow triggered nostalgia within me and I flashed back to the days when I used to play this old shareware game called "Scorched Earth". Battle Bolts may be very different from Scorched Earth but somehow it's still triggering that nostalgia. This is a pretty well-put-together game and I'm excited to see the new features as they come out.

Fun game for couch multiplayer. Online is coming soon and the game looks promising. Movement reminds me of Robo Rally, one of my favorite board games, but the rest is interesting and unique in a way. Planning your 4 moves in advance can be very funny at times. It's in Early Access but I hope we will see more maps and maybe even map editor on full release. Recommended.

Very nice tactical deathmatch for up to 4 players or play against AIs. Simple concept but great execution, can't wait what other features the devs will put into the game!

Cute and sharp graphics, very relaxing gameplay. I'd recommend making a few larger arenas, but in any case this game is a nice Sunday afternoon fun. Having a multiplayer is a good bonus as well.

A great party game to enjoy with friends, it provides similar experience to "Worms".If you look for a game to play with your friends its worth it.

Battle Bolts is great little indie game which: +Actually fun with friends; +Provides new mechanics that I personally never seen before; +Made by Damjan Mravunac team! Cant wait for the ranked online mode. Also something like 3v3 team deathmatch with constant respawn can be a good idea i think. Also buying this game is a great way to support the creator of Serious Sams gorgeous music.

The game is very complex and strategic. It's like a combination of chess, the Bomberman games and Tank Wars mode from Crash Bash. The feeling when your strategy plays out successfully is really rewarding. Highly recommend playing this game if you want a fun and competitive time with your friends.

This is such a sweet game, straingt outta CroTeam's Incubator. It's like tactical chess, for non-chess players, and way more fun in multiplayer ;D

Nicely done but not my kind of game. You can't change the 3d perspective - the game flow is like a clockwork I do not like to be pressed into. My advise: watch some longplay videos of this game and then decide if it might fit you. May be interesting for fans of this kind of game. But I am not one of them.
