Ballosseum

Ballosseum is an auto-battler you don't play — you prepare. Raise a ball through ten rounds of drafting, dress it in whatever you have collected or drawn yourself, then enter it in a contest and watch. It fights without you.

DRESS IT HOWEVER YOU LIKE

Six hundred-plus parts, and not one of them changes the fight. Bodies, faces, weapon skins, trails, auras, entrance effects. A ball's shape and hitbox stay identical no matter what you put on it — nothing you wear is a stat, so dress for the crowd, not the numbers.

OR DRAW IT YOURSELF

The skin editor is inside the game. Layers, a color picker, tracing references, and import for .ase, .ora and .kra if you would rather work outside. Fit it to a ball with masks, keep version snapshots, and submit it — approved skins turn up on other players' screens.

ART THAT REACTS

Fifteen moments each get their own art slot. Crit, kill, low HP, about to be hit, lifesteal, dizzy — for the face, the body and the weapon, separately. Name a PNG after one and drop it in, and your ball's weapon catches fire on the frame it lands a crit.

TEN ROUNDS, 266 AUGMENTS

Three cards at a time, and a repair card always on the table. Pick one of seven weapons — a spear that rewards the tip, a flail where only the loose head hurts — then draft augments, 77 of which exist only for the weapon you chose. HP carries between rounds and nothing heals for free. Lose, and the ball is gone for good.

TWENTY-THREE CONTESTS, EACH ON ITS OWN CLOCK

Brackets, damage races against a giant, no-heal gauntlets, royal rumbles, popularity votes on your cosmetics. Entering spends the ball whether it wins or loses. What comes back is gold, a medal stamped with the edition you took, and more parts to put on the next one.
