In the middle of each nation's normal training routine, a Joint Military Exercise was enacted. A select few from each nation were chosen to participate in this rigorous event. But, how did this event come to be? Are there other ulterior motives at play?

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Dead game
Pros: +Harem, Pantsu, Beautiful characters, Unique and sexy design, 3D anime with realistic physics (better than AAA games), Innuendo, Very large number of combinations with main and support shipgirls, All dialogues are voiced. +If you find it hard to believe that these ships are girls, think of David Martinez from *Cyberpunk: Edgerunners*. These girls have miniature ship parts and weapons attached to their bodies, which is why they are unofficially called shipgirls. The official name is KAN-SEN: Kinetics Artifactual Navy-Self-regulative En-lore Node. +The idea involving the ships is after the original *Kantai Collection: Kan Colle* and there ought to be a sequel, but I do not believe this will be possible in the same form, given the backlash from crazy political activists and feminists—who have no business in games created for men. Cons: -Shipgirls do not change into wedding dresses after they accept the oath ring. -Too many interminable discussions about trivial matters, just like real women do. It is quite possible that half the game consists of audio files containing character dialogue. That’s how much talking there is. If you have read all the dialogues, you’re a man worth marrying, because you have the patience to listen endlessly. Fortunately, the dialogue can be fast-forwarded at the speed of light. I think I managed to read the whole Story, but I fast-forwarded through the Episodes. I'll read them another time. -The grinding from this game is a little too much for me. The Amazon shipgirl can help you grind faster, like +50%. I discovered this a little later. For maximum experience, you need to fight in Extreme Battle above level 100. About early-purchase bonus: To make an early-purchase bonus DLC with a well-known character as Neptune to a game few have heard about is idiotic and sadistic. Sometimes the game shows you a background featuring Neptune before the battle starts, so you can see what you missed out on, even if you had no idea it existed and can't even buy it anymore. Advertising something that doesn't exist should not be allowed. They want you to feel bad again and again, until you die. They could have made a DLC bonus featuring an outfit, but not an entire, well-known character. I hope they get their fill of money so they stop mocking gamers! You’d have to be stupid to buy any game at full price after launch if it had pre-order or early-purchase bonuses. The fair price for any game where you missed out on the bonus should be 90% lower, even just a month after launch. They have no mercy for those who find out later. Why should you have any?! Why pay full price for a game that is missing something, something that someone else bought it at full price to get? It is called a "bonus" only for those who manage to buy it in time. For the others, it is called a penalty or "malus." Developers do this deliberately to punish those who don't pre-order or buy the game within the first month. My recommended price for such practices is always -90% off—and that’s only if you’re willing to forgive them. Only games that have a pre-order or early-purchase bonus available as purchasable DLC are worth buying at full price. This game ought to get a 5/10, but since I bought it very cheaply and I’m not a sadist like certain developers, I’m giving it a positive rating.
