Michael struggles with dreams of dark waters and an unknown ancient evil resting beneath the cold waves. Are these simply dreams or are they a premonition of things to come?

Ужастик в стиле 00х. Мне нравится.
A solid little adventure. Story is well told and there were no roadblocks that made me look for a guide. Sure the models aren't the best and voice acting could have helped with the slower moments(and the fact the text auto scrolls after a few seconds) but I can forgive that as a budget or resource issue. HOWEVER what is less forgivable is the menus being broken. This is most obvious in the controls menu as I can't get out of it without force closing the game. And the journal was another menu where I encounter a similar issue cause the "Close Journal" button doesn't close when I click on it with my mouse. At least I can press the ESC key to close it instead but it's still not a good thing. In short. Game itself is good. Menu's need more testing and patches.

Review after 100% ♡♡♡ small budget indie game. It got promise, but so clunky controls. Im thorn between thumbing up or down. Feels like im the emperor in a Gladiator movie and I stand there, live or die! I will say for a free game this is a thumb up as long as your willing to live with the clunky controls but lets face it. I have over 19K free games on Steam, most of them have clunky controls because this is not a heavily polished game. If this was a pay game, I would say thumb down. I can see the work the devs have poured into this game and I dont want my review to reflect little their effort in making this game. Please continue making games but understand that players like myself have over 19K free games on steam, im not saying that as a flex, but its not enough to release a free game on Steam and let the players work around your clunky controls. ⣴⣿⣦⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⣼⣿⣿⣿⣷⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⣼⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣦⣄⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣷⣶⣤⣤⣶⣶⣿⣿⡗ ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⠟⠀ ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⠃ ⣿⣿⡇⠜⠙⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⠀⠀Got a cat here ⣿⣿⣿⣶⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⠋⡹⠙⣿⣿⣿⡇⠀ Friends passing ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣷⣶⣾⣿⣿⠛⠀⠀by can touch her ⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⣿⡟⠛⠁⠀⠀and click Like to pet ♡ ⣿⣿⡿⠻⠿⠿⠿⠿⠛⠹⠑⠀⠀ Award for good luck, Take My Points for infinite pets ♡ ⠟⠁⠀
Игра "Arkhangel: The House of the Seven Stars" — это атмосферное приключение с элементами мистики и головоломок.
Quite a good story with twists and great environment, music was also nice, there is a lot of books to read but not necessary for progression unless its the point of interest in the journal, controls are okay not the best but they didn't ruin the experience(maybe a little). I am quite bad at point and click games but the game is quite straight forward so I was easily able to grasp what I needed to do, Its free now and if you have nothing to play might as well play this.
The best free game I've ever played, if I'd paid money for this I still would have walked away very satisfied. An excellent point and click game with very likeable characters.
It's an allright game, especially for being free (now, I think it used to cost money). Something about it feels half-polished, but I can't quite put my finger on it (besides no voice-over). My personal biggest issue is the gazillion books scattered around that I had to read, it feels like I have read a whole bible. I'd rather learn stuff by talking to someone, or solving puzzles, or finding pictures, whatever. There were so many villagers that we barely or not at all got to talk to. My favorite thing to do in these kinds of games is talking to all the different characters, but they didn't seem to have much personality here. Overall I did enjoy the game when I didn't have to read about boring biblical subjects. It is well written (even the books), and I liked the story, and I liked the music alot. And it's free!
For a free game, there is a lot here in terms of a story. I cannot complain much, because this is free, though I could understand if there were a $5 price point. I managed to drag this game out to approximately 12 hours, reading everything I could, speaking with everyone multiple times, walking around, etc. You could possibly manage a full play in about half the time I did if you skip most of the reading. This is a typical point and click type of interactive game, with a few QTE's. The art style is interesting, there are a lot of effects with the blurring of perspective that were really charming, and the music is complimentary throughout the game -- though it can be loud so you may want to turn it down. Semi Lovecraftian-Poe flavor style of story and voice throughout. However, be warned, there is A LOT of reading and walking around. Thank goodness my first play had running available. The only other nitpick I have is that I felt like a lot of the exposition dumps could have been more fully fleshed out from within the characters themselves. Many of the characters we are introduced to throughout the story were forgettable, bland, or served no real purpose. I wanted more from them. Some technical nitpicks: I would get stuck inside of walls on several occasions in various parts of the game, and the controller support is not fully fleshed out -- I had to use a combination of my controller and pc mouse. Also, no voice-over despite the trailer video depicting this.
