Avevoatl Seven Coins is advertised as a first-person puzzle/hidden object game, but that might be stretching it a bit. It's unlike any hidden object game I've ever seen, not only because it uses first-person perspective, but also because the objects aren't hidden in the traditional sense. There are no scenes of jumbled objects requiring you to find a list of specific items. What you have, instead, is a group of 8 areas, and in each area, you need to collect certain objects, usually 10 qty each of 3 to 6 items. Most of these items are in plain sight, but some are "hidden" in boxes, barrels, and bags. You simply click on the box, barrel, or bag to open it and see what's inside. Once you collect the required items, you are shown a picture which leads you to another area or directs you on what to do next, sometimes requiring you to find additional items. As is typical in hidden adventure games, in most cases, you cannot pick up these additional items until you "know" you need them (when you see the picture); prior to that, the icon does not change to a hand and you cannot pick up the additional items. Beside the "hidden object" part of the game, there are also some adventure elements, such as finding planks of wood to allow you to cross a gap, and a few simple mini-games. All-in-all, I'd recommend this to casual gamers who like hidden object / adventure games. While it doesn't follow the traditional formula for that type of game, I did find it enjoyable. The only part I found overly frustrating was that the "hint" button (which shows the outline of items needed, allowing you to determine the general location of those items) can be used only once every seven minutes. It would be much better if that recharge time were reduced to one or two minutes.
Plural. --------------------------------------------------- ENGLISH REVIEW: (translated from Google) -------------------- I received Arevoatl seven coins through the developer myself and was allowed to immerse myself in the game itself: The game offers no cutscene at the beginning, no info, what your task is. Looking around a bit, but you can find in the HUD a diary, which tells you what's up. Your grandpa has sent pictures, you go in search. You start directly Game and you have to search for certain objects in a shielded area. You have to fulfill certain conditions, such as activating something, deactivating, moving away, etc. in order to get to the objects. Help give you small pictures that show how it once looked or should look like. If you can not find the objects, you have the chance to highlight the objects every 10 minutes. As a result, you can also faster through the game. The highlight function is only optional and really usable every 10 minutes. The only thing that bothers me here is the movement of the character. So he always goes into intervalls and continues his way to the last interval, even if you let go of the key. But after just 30min you get used to it too. The game is not in between, as some passages are really not easy to find or you can not easily get to an object. So the brain is strained here and you notice very early on that the game is easy to learn but difficult to master. The graphics of the game is very nice and thoughtfully designed. The textures are still very close from close proximity and the developers catch the atmosphere very well through the graphics. It feels like Easter quest with Grandpa and Grandma. The music is also relatively good and relaxing, but sometimes annoying. There are passages in the music that are more reminiscent of a horror game than a search game. Nevertheless, this is nothing that can be considered a complete minus point. The HUD is simple and simple. You have three menu items during the game, which show the objects, then the diary and the "Highlight Button". However, the HUD on the pause or start menu should be reworked. The font does not fit into the menu items and are small-talk, if you play z.b with a resolution of 1920x1080. Since you could have quietly scale a little wider, which is feasible per code with autoscaling. The translation has two misspellings to date, but this has rather made me smile on the lips. Instead of "Sound" you will find "Saund" or instead of "New Game" this is titled "New Games". Plural. My conclusion: For 7 € the game is definitely a good search game, which you can NOT stamp as 08/15 game. Although it is a search game that you will definitely find here and there, the graphics and creativity of the developers are convincing to hide the objects and make the player digging. Here and there a spade patch and a patch for the running movement, and the game has done very well in the genre.
Very nice hidden object game with fantastic graphics! It looks really good and you get quite a challenge searching for various stuff. In addition you can search for bonus objects to achieve 100% completion :-). Absolutely a hidden gem!
interesting game. sadly no walkthroughs ,,when your done playing game and want to replay the coins and statues are automatically reappear. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and cleaning out cache to no avail. I tried going into any file i could and cant find " arevoatl games" so it seems like there is no way to start over from scratch and play a new game.
cool ;)
No hints or any other way to know where required objects might be.
