By a tranquil lake, a small temple has long been home to three companions. Their old Turtle master still lives at his own slow and steady pace. Arenion and Bizaad continue to go about their familiar routines — life is so peaceful that no one could imagine tomorrow would bring anything different.

Until the fury of a wyvern tears that peaceful silence apart.

This time, their master stays behind at the temple. Arenion takes up his sword and sets out in his place — a seemingly simple task on an otherwise ordinary day. He walks forward without a second thought, never knowing that this journey will never end the way his previous ones did.

Some events happen only once. Some things are only understood when it is already too late.

This is the story of Arenion's last ordinary day. A journey that is not long, yet perhaps lasts longer than an ordinary day ever should.
