A hidden gem for sure. Almost nobody has played this and it really deserves more recognition. Its a pretty fun puzzle platformer, the platforming is decent but the puzzles are pretty clever. The story and dialogue are really nice though and probably the best part. Considering its free might as well check it out.

The difficulty, most of the time, is just right. Funny and emotional moments with NPCs, fun interactions. Interesting characters.
OK, bad news first: this is not a game about bacon. That aside, I am amazed that this game is free! Very competent puzzle-platformer that is well worth your time. Seeing other review times and realizing how much content is here is pretty exciting, honestly.
🍎 Applewood — Steam Review A charming puzzle-platformer featuring Ringo the Imp, navigating a handcrafted world full of clever item-based puzzles, emotional story beats, and graceful flight/gravity mechanics. ---{ Graphics }--- 🔲 Awful 🔲 Bad 🔲 Will do ✅ Decent (Nothing special) ✅ Stunning 🔲 Visual Masterpiece Vibrant pixel art with detailed backgrounds and animations. Simple but pleasant and fitting for the tone of the game. ---{ Gameplay }--- 🔲 Bad 🔲 Okay 🔲 Nothing special ✅ Good ✅ Very good 🔲 Try not to get addicted Mix of platforming, light puzzle-solving, and bullet-hell style boss encounters. This game is amazing and very adventuras. The game controls are easy to learn and its story is entising
Fun platformer, it's just a good time.
Getting everything can be a bit of a pain, but the story and gameplay challenges make it worthwhile. I enjoyed it.

It's cute, it's fun, there's a nice level of challenge, it's free, there's clearly love and passion in it, it looks nice, characters are good. But seriously, it really is a fun, thought out platformer that's not too easy but not too hard that you can just have a good time playing through. Character interactions are nice and fuzzy, and the story actually takes some surprising, but interesting turns. Definitely a game I will remember fondly!
