Anonymous Hacker Simulator

If you're wanting a free-form hacking simulator, this is *not* the game for you. I went into this game expecting a simulator. What I got was a mostly linear story with some minor branches. Every mission is a set puzzle but basically tells you what to do to hack the target. If you want to deploy a honeypot on Ronald Grump's computer, you certainly can but it won't do anything. If you want to try hacking into other systems, you can certainly try but nothing will happen until you're on the mission for it. If you want to look up someone on Tweeter, you can certainly try but you won't find a result for *every* name that comes up in the game. Only the ones that a mission will tell you to look up. This isn't a simulator. It's a hand-holding follow-the-instructions game that any middle schooler could play. I'm only 4 or 5 missions in and I've already made enough to buy all the tools and exploits except for hping. What's the point of progression if it feels this hollow? Why can't we be rewarded for exploring the "internet", taking initiative, and doing things outside the mission like a virtual free-roam? Don't waste your time on this game. Even getting it on sale was a waste of money.

This game is a nonsense. If Uplink used *nix systems navigation and same logic for executing utils, here is in this game just some kind fantasy from movies about hackers in 90s. Simple example: To hack some remote server the game says - use nmap. Ok, I go to a terminal and write nmap <and ip here>. Game says, no, I don't this command. And here is already a problem, is it me trying to use it wrong or I don't have something. Ok, I'm trying to see what the game have else, ok I find somekind hacking store. Here is somekind networking and here is nmap util for purchasing. Great! I purchased nmap, a default network util on the most popular OS in the real world. What now? Is it already on my laptop or I need to download and install it? Trying again nmap <requiring ip> - it work! Nmap says that there is an open FTP port 20. How to hack it? Going again to that store and see FTP_Attack... Ok, sounds like it is what I need. Purchase. Trying to run it in terminal - no way. What is wrong this time? There is also help. Somehow I'm finding that some utils need to run by the command use. Why nmap is running directly and this exploit tool by use - this the magic of this game, that's it. Again trying to run use ... FTP_Attack ... - doesn't work, however the game provides autocomplete so I wrote everything correct. Again reading help - nothing. Going to Steam discussions. Some comment says that need to buy Metaexploit! Great! Nowhere it says, no any logic here, but ok, let's buy this thing too. This time I've hacked this FTP server! What now? There is a new window with gui of the ftp client and the game says that I need to remove one file and upload another one, for uploading just selet that you want upload and what you want upload. I do it, select, what next, there is no any button to upload. Going to the terminal and writing for a case upload --help and it says "Just select a file and write upload", the file is already selected, writing upload - nothing. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, why did I waste my money and time on it?!!!

[h1]楽しくてすげー没頭してしまう[/h1] 詰まることもあまりなく、サクサク進めて楽しい。ちょっと難しめのタスクを完了した後の達成感が気持ちいい。コマンドを学べて勉強にもなる。 Hacknetというゲームがかなり好きで似たようなゲームを探していましたが、どうやら見つけちゃったようですわ 頻繫にセールもしていて安く買えるので、その頃に買うのをお勧めしますぜ (進めていて気付いたのですが、後半のサイドミッションにて日本語の場合とあるコマンドが表示されなくなって積むことがありました。詳しく言うと、[spoiler]Intercepter→sqlmap→sqldumpをした際に、結果としてファイアウォールを消すコマンドが出てくるのが日本語の場合はバグで何も表示されず、積みました。海外勢の方の攻略動画を見て、差異に気付きました。[/spoiler]一度ゲームを閉じて言語設定を英語に変えてから同じコマンドを試してみるとちゃんと表示されたので、バグかと思われます。日本語表示で進めていると、人名などがカタカナ表記になってしまった場合は検索する際に名前を脳内で英語変換して書き直さないといけないので、すこし工夫が必要になりそうです。)

Nice game

Simplistic (shallow), unrealistic and boring. Nice to look at though.

Gameplay is really good! It got me very fast but despite the fact I tryed to grab all the trophies it seems I couln't do that. In order to do that I have to play it at least one more time because I misunderstood some tasks and I passed a few trophies. Anyway its a great game!

Pegue apenas em promoção, não vale mais que 20 reais, o jogo te conta uma história, trás alguns elementos de hacking que "podem" ser usados na vida real, só que claramente bem mais simplificado e de forma arcade para ser divertido, então não existe muita dificuldade nos pluzzes, no geral, a missão vai ficar te falando qual comando usar e você usa da forma que quiser e adaptando para o contexto da missão. Pontos Positivos: - História legalzinha - Comandos e ferramentas próximas da realidade - Referencias a figuras publicas e eventos da vida real - Tem tradução (que é um pouco negativa pois é uma tradução provavelmente feia com IA, então tem alguns erros, nada que atrapalhe) Pontos negativos: - Repetitivo - Dificuldade muito rasa, nada desafiador - Os gráficos deixam muito a desejar - A troca de abas no computador não é tão boa, o UI-UX também não Resumindo, um jogo para passar tempo mesmo, se divertir sendo hacker e ter uma história de fundo.
