Hacker Simulator: Free Trial

Commands that should be recognized are not, I wasn't even able to cd into a simple directory, the UI is very uncomfortable to use. Clicking anywhere on the terminal should normally automatically allow you to write, you never should have to click on the prompt line to write, let alone start from the beginning of the command when you pressed the top arrow key for the last written command in the history. Changing the UI scale to make the text readable makes it all even worst, since the game window is square which makes for a poor experience, as your windows just disappear half behind the black portions of your screen which should not be possible. This is really the most frustrating UI I ever used, both for the computer in the game, and the game UI. The loud music makes the beginning of the game extremely stressful for no reason and just does not stop, but it can be disabled in the game options. By the way, disconnecting from the wifi is as simple as a right click on most if not all visual environments, no matter the distro. On top of it all, it took me less than ten minutes to find a bug that made going further in the game impossible... Do NOT buy.

Worth checking out. It gives a decent play-through of the basics of the game. It's overall pretty simple stuff, though confusing in some sense. Could use some tweaking in explaining, but overall a good free trial!
