About

In this circus, a cat alone is capable of handling a whole spectacle, performing to a human audience excited to see your tricks.

Using the keyboard keys or controller buttons, the player has to follow the rhythm of the song and work their coordination to press the corresponding commands to the ones shown on-screen at the right time to guarantee the best show possible.
But don’t worry if you get it wrong, the spectators are very comprehensive.
You can customize your cat, changing its color, eyes, or even picking between one of the clothing options available.
There are over 20 songs specially made for this spectacle, each with 3 difficulty levels. Either if you don't have any rhythm or if you're the embodiment of a metronome, you can have fun with it!
As you keep the combo sequence going, not only the points multiplier increases but also the environment gets filled with lights.

AnimaCircus is such a cute and simple rhythm game! Having said that, I want to break down my experience with the game. My experience was overall positive but there were a few *minor* issues. First, there's no screen resolution sizer. This isn't entirely a HUGE deal but could be helpful for streamers like myself! Second, the games rhythm arrows prove to be a little difficult. There has been a latency update which is great! But my biggest issue with the arrows, especially since there isn't a resolution size, is that they're sporadic across the whole screen. (bottom, top, middle, left, right). *Update 2/17/26 - Arrows sizing can be adjusted and changed now* I was having issues following along in some parts because I would miss notes due to them blending into the background or going across (in my case) the wide screen and not seeing it in time. Or making the notes more noticeable so they don't blend in with their environment. (EDIT** A beat border for the edges of your screen has been added, letters from the arrows can be hidden and there is a HUD enhancer that helps with background blend-in available now. Which improves gameplay tremendously imo!) Aside from those two issues, the game is super sweet and enjoyable. I can tell this creator put so much love and work into this game. 20 whole songs and a fun secret bonus song you can unlock, unique to each stage and cat circus-act plus a good amount of customization for your circus cat (which I really hope to see more of in a future update or mayhaps a DLC?)! I do really recommend this game if you like cute and simple rhythm games. It has a ton of potential and I cant wait to see how the updates make this game shine even more in the future!
