About
you died. hell is waiting. but an offer is made. there's one last chance to escape eternal damnation: spend a week in a middle-tier layer of the afterlife... working as a divine agent. uncover their secrets. understand their sins. decide their fate.
this is a boundary-pushing visual novel where every choice is heavy and every character is a psychological puzzle. though they wear the face of skeletons, the souls you meet are more human than you can imagine, with real histories, real traumas, real anxieties, and maybe even a reflection of yourself. the conversations are so authentic because they are based on real ones. you are, in a way, speaking with real people.
deep narrative exploration: a story crafted with input from psychiatric professionals, delving into themes of morality, mortality, redemption and the human psyche.
characters based on real psychology: meet a cast of characters built on proven personality theories and archetypes.
unprecedented realism: the game's dialogues are based on transcripts of actual human conversations, with real people creating an experience of unparalleled authenticity.
choices with eternal consequences: morally complex choices with lasting impact.
completely hand-drawn art: a haunting, unforgettable atmosphere unlike anything you’ve experienced before.

OYUN CONTROLDEN GELDİYSENİZ GİDİN.
Aside from the cheap atheist propaganda at the start, it is an adolescent comedy that tries to crack cheap jokes while spouting profanity every second. Just because it is an indie game from Turkey doesn't mean it deserves support; being a good game is what warrants support.
“And Yet We Dream” is a pretty interesting visual novel with a strong atmosphere and a unique art style. The story starts off mysterious and slowly gives you more details about the world and the characters, which kept me curious throughout the game. The characters are one of the better parts of the experience. Most of them feel distinct and have their own motivations, and some of the choices and conversations actually feel meaningful. I also liked that the game includes missions and boss fights instead of being only dialogue-focused, since it helps the pacing feel less repetitive. The art and soundtrack fit the tone well, especially during the more tense moments. It’s still an early experience in some ways, but overall it has a solid foundation and enough interesting ideas to make it worth trying if you enjoy story-heavy visual novels.
oyun hayatım gibi.
