American Dream

Super cool idea. The game is playable and fun, but it is definitely early access. Many things are missing to make it feel like a real life real estate grind. I basically beat the game within 2.5 hours. I have 150,000,000 dollars and am making over a million per month. I've completed the entire tech tree. The game has some fun options and for someone who didn't understand real estate and growth, it could be much slower. But if you understand how to buy low, run down properties, fix them up and sell high, the game goes very quickly. My only TRUE complaint is the music is really bad and WAYYY too loud. It needs to be turned down and/or off right away. Put on your favorite spotify playlist and have fun! I can't wait to see where they go with future updates.

For this being an early release, the game is very well-developed. I have played MANY simulator/tycoon games, and this was very different, but very fun. A bit of a challenge for myself as it has to do with economical decisions, geographical awareness, etc. but I found myself playing for 3.5+ hours just today. I enjoyed the lofi music, but also fun with my own playlist. Easy to save/download/follow tutorial. The game also teaches you about buying and managing properties, investments, etc... I am looking forward to more updates and developments. Def would recommend!

Really enjoyed this game. It kept me hooked for hours without me even realizing how much time had passed. It was worth the $ for me. The core gameplay loop is fun and engaging, especially if you like strategy or simulation-style games. It’s clearly still in early access, so there are some rough edges and plenty of room to grow with new features and improvements. I'm especially hoping for improvements to replayability that will give players more to do once they finish the core game. But even in its current state, it’s already a great time and definitely worth checking out. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

A lot of fun for a low priced game. Already seeing updates that make it even more fun. If that continues I can see this game being a must buy for the price. The basic gameplay is enjoyable and interesting. Should get even better as more variety and features are added.
