Alex Hill: Whispers at White Oak Inn

I really enjoyed this game! Great for fans of the Nancy Drew games. It had an interesting story and setting.

I enjoyed the game! I'd give it a 8/10! I wish the music was a little more diverse instead of a calming piano piece the entire journey. The voice acting and story were great, and the scenery was OK too.

This game has a good mystery and story, and I liked how the clues unfolded. However, sometimes the gameplay felt very linear, so it was confusing or kinda annoying to get events to progress, and I could always do with more puzzles! Overall, though, I liked the characters, the setting, and the game design. I will probably buy the next game!

I don't review games often, but I loved this. For those OG Nancy Drew lovers, this hits the spot. It is definitely a love letter written to the old days of HER. Even the post credits reveal reminded me of the games. Unlike some of the reviews here, I had zero problems running the game and I didn't mind any of the voice acting. Can't wait to solve Alex Hill's next mystery!

I loved the retro nancy drew feel I got from the game. The simplicity of the point and click, the story and the puzzles. I loved how the creator still made it their own and the different references. My personal favorite was the gas mask and the 3d glasses representing doctor who. I am looking forward to the next one!
