This game is awesome! Combining the reagents and having to rediscover recipes feels challenging but entertaining, the creatures and enemies have very fun designs and the devs always interact with people on the Discord! I really like how it twists the deckbuilding idea a bit: instead of just shoving cards and deckbuilding into other genres, it actually takes the deckbuilding and tries to innovate on top of it and make it feel aesthetically different. The main downside right now is that starting runs always feels a bit too similar, so it always takes a bit before you get to the part of the game where you actually have a build going. Although the way it is right now, it's fully playable and replayable - so if you like deckbuilder roguelites, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try!
Some fights are very easy and others are needlessly difficult. Its too RNG. But, overall, I would give it 5.5/10. Its art is good and the gameplay is somewhat fun. Get it on a very good sale.
It's definitely worth a look. I'll be interested to see what more they do with it. Right now it's just very repetitive, which I think will be less of an issue as more types of encounters and such are added to the game as it goes through Early Access into full development.
I hope more content will be released, aprat from that i really like the game: unique mechanic of alchemy has replay value - due to randomized recipes, player "has 2 decks" - recipies and ingredients, and they have to expand both of them. I think unlockable meta content takes a little bit too long to develop and the playstyle is too repetitive, but more content that is not locked behind unlocks will solve thos problems. As for early access - I hope it will be much better by the release, but as for now, I like the game and mechanics very much. Remind yourselves that game is opensource, so if you have enough skills, you can get it for free, but you should definitely buy it if you want to help developers to develop the game, or if you can program, maybe you can help them more directly :D
Game is pretty fun, but is buggy. Crafting the Hero's Mixture from a 50/50 guess seems to crash every time.
Honestly, not is my prefered style of game, BUT the Game Designer did one OUTSTANDING work here! I played a lot, totally addicted to cross the challenges and find the best combos hahah . I got quite angry 😂 trying to overcome some wicked enemies, and I got excited when I discovered strategies to send them back to the hole they crawled out of!🔥🔥 I need to finish the final version! 🙌
The same comment in English is below
______________________________________________________________
New in genre
Alchemia: Creatio Ex Nihilo, this is an excellent revision of the genre we already know. This game is made in an RPG setting, where the playing role of an alchemist is very well felt thanks to the gameplay. Non-card The "Deck builds" familiar to us have been replaced by the ingredients from which we ourselves brew this or that potion. We also find new ingredients on the journey and put them in our bag. They can be 1) upgraded into a stronger ingredient. 2) "Sharpen" by increasing the effectiveness of a specific ingredient, because of which it will become useful in itself, plus, it makes a stronger potion. Well, 3) transmute one ingredient into another. Explore in full In most card battlers you choose one path to meet the boss, Alchemia: Creatio Ex Nihilo has expanded this standard to "Explore everything!". You can take part in all the battles and encounters on the map, of course, if you are confident and willing to take risks. Well, or break straight to the boss. World and character progression In Alchemia: Creatio Ex Nihilo there is a character progression, both local, in the passage, and after the game, so to speak - a "Roguelike element", due to which each brewed potion is stored in your memory and you learn to brew it better, faster and the like . There is also a post-game World progression where you decide which features of the world to unlock. New recipes, map or appointments. Fights Combat in Alchemia: Creatio Ex Nihilo is done in a turn-based manner, which is why the ability to "think a move" will come in handy. Well, or you can put a couple of "favorite" recipes in chosen and spam them only. But the secret to success lies in using the right potion in the right situation. You are a MASTER alchemist, not an amateur beginner)) Resume As a result, Space Paca Games managed to create a product with improved mechanics of the already familiar genre, which makes it feel much better. The game is still under development, which means subsequent addition of new features to the gameplay, but even at this stage it is very interesting and exciting to play.
