Very interesting game; I’ve always loved Islamic history, and I played the demo before, so I’ve kept this game on my wishlist and am waiting until I can afford it. BUT, BUT, BUT… First, there are bugs. The most glaring one happens when you attempt to exit the game from the book screen. When I click on the left side of the book, the game hangs and refuses to respond, forcing me to use ALT + F4 to close it. Another issue occurs in the chest-splitting level, where the models for the boy and the woman swap places when you talk to them. When this happens, their names also switch, which makes the situation extremely confusing. On top of that, when I try to set the graphics level to the highest setting, it often resets back to low or medium whenever I close and reopen the game. This game really needs a hint system. Even though I know a bit about Islamic history, I still struggle to finish each level. If someone like me struggles with the game, how could someone without any knowledge or limited knowledge of Islamic history play it? A hint system would make the experience much less frustrating. I’ve tried beating the Khadijah level, but with no luck, it honestly makes my head spin. I love this game, I really do. I want to continue playing it because there are only a few Islamic games on Steam or even the internet, but the current version makes me feel so frustrated that I end up giving up. I hope the developer doesn’t feel disheartened by this feedback and instead uses it to improve the game. Maybe the game could drop a hint every ten minutes, or allow players to request a hint at any time with just one click? Whatever the case, I genuinely wish the developer good luck in the future. I really want to come back and play this game again once it improves.
With all respect, this game is unfinished in many ways.
