About

It's been a nice retirement. Mining batteries in the desert might not be the easiest job, but it's better than being scrapped on the frontline. Then the P.A.S.C.A.L. came, an evil intergalactic corporation out to turn every planet in their path into numbers in their accounts. What they didn’t expect was that one of the docile mining robots isn’t designed to surrender. No, AI.VI is designed for something else: Incredible violence.
Combining tower defense with FPS, AI.VI lets you become a one-bot rebellion, out for oil. Select your weapons, build your defenses, make them pay. Return the mines to the miner bots, scrap corporate minions by the thousand, and corner the galactic used parts market for further retirement.

Send your enemies to the scrapheap using your wits, backed by homemade weapons: Pump-action camera, combination pickaxe-crossbows, or a terrifying Jack-in-the-box filled with adorable (but explosive) plushes. Then set up your defenses and scrap corporate drones on an industrial scale - putting a dent in the P.A.S.C.A.L.'s bottom line!
Make AI.VI the war robot he was in the past, using a flexible loadout system that lets you play the way you want. Destroy armies up close and personal, automate the dismantling with malicious traps, or blend the two for your own playstyle!

As we all know, our world is made of four elements: fire, ice, corrosion and electricity. Take that, Socrates. And today, you can use them for what they’ve always been here for: kick ass! Combine elements to create powerful reactions to harm and weaken your enemies, find the strategy that fits your playstyle. Just keep in mind that not everyone is made of the same steel, some may love a nice ice bath…

Act like it! It might be much for one man, but not for one robot. Don't worry about AI.VI: He comes from the good old days before planned obsolescence, when a little driver update didn’t hurt. This means there's no limit to how powerful AI.VI can get: push the limits, overclock your loadout, combining dozens of weapons and buildings with randomized upgrades to reach truly ridiculous heights of power!

Simple yet very fun game, especially good when you know it's the devs' first game. Tried the game to support the devs, stayed for its quality <3
Very fun tower defense roguelite, many different weapons/traps/skills with different upgrade possibilities. It's pretty nice, it leaves you the freedom to play the way you want, range with a bunch of turrets, melee with a bunch of slow traps, etc. I hate reapers !
Ce jeu est super fun et satisfaisant, je recommande. Il y a tellement de combinaisons différentes, le style graphique et les dialogues sont drôle. C'est toujours satisfaisant de détruire des robots après une journée de boulot !
I went in with no expectations, and was positively surprised! This game is somewhat dissimilar from the other few games in the genre, focusing more on the hack&slash&fps part of the game with the addition of the different modules giving upgrades or new powers to the MC's power. The core gameplay loop is satisfying, requiring constant action to manage the waves with the increasing amounts of different weapons, traps and modules. I enjoy action games, and the addition of trap placements to pick and choose the moments you fight enemies was right up my alley so to speak. It has it's rough edges that have less polish, but that's to be expected. The devs seem to be responsive regarding bugs and suggestions. The stomp mechanic felt a bit awkward to use because the jumps are bouncy and floaty especially with the double jump module. Landing on top enemies felt pretty hard, and I didn't feel feedback to know when it landed so it wasn't as satisfying as just hitting them or shooting them. I'll have to try with another setup and see if the problem comes from my side of things. Over all, it's enjoyable. For the price tag, I find it's worth the cost. Will definitely come back to play the game to the end later. I will definitely want to see what the devs will get up to in the future.
Getting into the fray right away as your traps can't do the job by themselves! I felt challenged early into the game, urging me to plan which traps and elemental attacks to use since elements combine to provide additional effects. The enemies are fair to fight (ability to dodge their damage for instance), thus challenge rather awaits you around decision making and strategy before you get overwhelmed. And to finish with, I genuinely loved the offbeat humour around both the dialogues and the weapons (which are quite pioneering to be fair!) Definitely a game worth its price to give a try if you like the genre :)
Cautious thumbs up. It's fun, but it's still finding its feet. Performance is fine for the most part, I'm running everything maxed and it mostly holds together. Had a couple of stutters when things got hectic with traps and enemies all triggering at once. Nothing that made me want to quit, just noticeable. What I actually do like is that you're never just sitting there watching. You're constantly doing something; moving, placing, fighting, adjusting. Weapons are enjoyable to mess with and there's decent variety, though they don't always feel as impactful as they look. Upgrades are solid, lots of weird combinations to try, and being able to fully recycle traps between waves is a nice touch that stops the whole thing from going stale. It's not perfect, but it's a good time. Worth trying if it looks appealing to you.
Nice indie robotic tower defense, an interesting and fun take on the genre :)
