Despite being a Hentai game, it has really nice puzzles XD
I like it when girls get corrupted
The story is genuinely engaging from start to finish, packed with unpredictable plot twists that keep you hooked the whole time. One of the highlights for me is the main character the red-haired lead whose character development feels very natural and satisfying. You can really see the growth as the story progresses. What makes it even better is that the twists aren’t just there for shock value—they actually add depth to the story and are well-built throughout. The pacing is also well-balanced, not too slow, yet it gives enough room to understand the characters and their motivations. Overall, this is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys stories filled with plot twists and strong character development. It’s the kind of story that’s hard to put down once you start.
Developed by Lunarian and published by Saikey Studios, Agent Sirius is a narrative-focused RPG that combines detective work, supernatural mystery, and character-driven storytelling into an adventure that prioritizes investigation over traditional role-playing mechanics. Set within the seemingly peaceful Star Haven High School, the game follows Beni Akesuzu, the leader of the school's detective club who secretly serves as an operative for Bancho, an organization dedicated to confronting paranormal threats. What begins as a series of strange disappearances and unsettling rumors involving female students gradually evolves into a much larger conspiracy, drawing Beni into a dangerous conflict where the line between ordinary school life and the supernatural becomes increasingly blurred. The premise immediately establishes an intriguing atmosphere, giving players plenty of reasons to uncover the truth hidden behind the school's familiar halls. The game's greatest strength lies in its emphasis on detective gameplay. Rather than constantly pushing players into combat, Agent Sirius encourages them to explore every corner of the campus, question classmates, inspect suspicious locations, and collect clues that gradually reveal the larger mystery. Progress depends on careful observation and logical thinking, making each new revelation feel earned instead of handed to the player. This investigative structure creates a satisfying rhythm where exploration and dialogue remain just as important as action, allowing the story to unfold naturally while maintaining a sense of suspense. The school itself becomes an engaging setting because every classroom, hallway, and secluded area has the potential to hide another clue or unexpected encounter. The narrative benefits from a cast of distinctive characters whose personalities and relationships help bring the mystery to life. Beni's partnership with Nadeshiko Shiratora serves as the emotional core of the story, providing moments of trust, teamwork, and friendship that balance the darker supernatural themes. Conversations play a significant role in shaping the experience, as players gradually learn more about classmates, teachers, and other individuals who may either aid the investigation or conceal dangerous secrets of their own. This focus on interpersonal relationships helps the world feel more believable while making the unfolding conspiracy more impactful. Although combat is included, it functions primarily as a complement to the investigative experience instead of dominating the gameplay. Battles generally occur during key moments when supernatural enemies reveal themselves, giving confrontations greater narrative significance. Beni's specialized equipment and abilities reinforce her identity as both detective and secret agent, while the streamlined combat system keeps the story moving without becoming overly complex. Players expecting extensive character customization or highly tactical battles may find the mechanics relatively straightforward, but the game's priorities clearly center on storytelling, mystery, and exploration rather than deep RPG progression. Player choices also contribute to the game's replay value. Dialogue decisions and investigative actions can influence character relationships as well as determine which ending players ultimately reach. This branching structure encourages multiple playthroughs for those interested in discovering every outcome while adding weight to many of the decisions made throughout the adventure. Instead of presenting a completely linear story, Agent Sirius allows players to shape portions of the narrative, rewarding careful consideration during important moments. Visually, the game embraces classic pixel art enhanced with expressive anime-inspired character portraits that effectively capture both lighthearted school moments and tense supernatural encounters. The environments may not push technical boundaries, but they successfully create a believable school atmosphere that gradually transforms into something far more unsettling as the mystery deepens. Combined with fitting music and an emphasis on dialogue-driven storytelling, the presentation complements the game's overall tone while remaining accessible on modest hardware. Agent Sirius succeeds by remaining focused on what it wants to be: a supernatural detective adventure where mystery, exploration, and storytelling take precedence over constant action. Its investigative mechanics, memorable cast, branching narrative, and atmospheric setting come together to create an experience that stands apart from more combat-oriented RPGs. While players seeking fast-paced gameplay or highly elaborate battle systems may find certain aspects limited, those who enjoy solving mysteries, uncovering hidden conspiracies, and following a character-driven supernatural story will likely appreciate what the game has to offer. Rating: 7/10
