Adventure yes All of the games are good, but some are definitely better than others. I'd say my favorites are the one where you make dinner and the one where you're a tomb raider Indiana Jones dude. Because there is literally 10 games in 1, this takes forever to get through, but at least they're unique. 6/10. Not exactly my cup of tea, but still good for something free.
I've only played The Halloween Party game so far, but that alone is enough for a recommendation. It has a great sense of humor and the puzzles weren't overly obtuse. If the rest of the games included in this have a similar level of quality this is a fantastic collection of short adventure games. EDIT: After finishing all the games this is a fabulous collection. All of them are worth a playthrough and each takes about ~20-30 minutes depending on if you get stuck on any puzzles.

I'm a big fan of Guga's smaller games, and it's great to have them all in one place! He's the master of rewarding puzzles. Don't think I've needed a walkthrough for any of his, but always need that moment to sit and think before I come up with the solution. Challenging, but logical and fair, so very rewarding. Replayed a couple already and looking forward to getting to the rest of them so I can get the achievements :D Easily worth a tenner, so thanks for this gift to adventure game lovers, Guga!
pure damn genius. As a big fan of "The will of Arthur Flabbington" (the full game) I wanted to try these short free adventures and I found the same dark humour and the clever puzzles compressed in micro doses. What a great idea, Gugames!
This collection of adventure games is honestly next level. It actually puts most big-budget commercial games to shame. Specifically, I'm talking about the puzzle design and the humor, which are both top-tier. I could honestly just end the review right there, but I need to dive into examples because this stuff is gold. It’s so funny that I still catch myself using quotes from these games in my everyday life. There’s this one part where the explorer, Nebraska Smith, opens the pharaoh's sarcophagus to steal the mask, but there’s another mask underneath it. The pharaoh goes, "Aha! Gotcha! You took the worthless one, this one is the real deal!" and Nebraska just looks at him and asks why on earth he’s wearing two masks. The pharaoh just shrugs and says, "What’s the big deal? I’m wearing four pairs of underwear, too." Then there’s this statue in the main square that’s clearly a shout-out to the dev who made the game in fourteen days. It’s built in his likeness and the inscription at the bottom says, "And on the fourteenth day, he rested." It’s just brilliant. Another highlight is in the second game, Duty First. You visit your girlfriend, who’s a doctor performing an autopsy, and since you want her to finish up and come home early, you decide to mess with the body to speed things up. She checks the corpse and deadpans, "According to my analysis, it turns out that this body is your grandpa." I was absolutely losing it. Just the fact that your goal is to convince her she’s dissecting your grandpa is peak comedy. Seriously guys, the puzzles here are easily on the same level as the classic LucasArts titles, and sometimes they’re even better. Do not pass this up for any reason. It's even free, so what are you actually waiting for?
I mainly tried this because it was free, the trailer looked like it was made in a weekend (which it basically was), and I had zero expectations beyond “eh, maybe I’ll laugh once.” Ten short point-and-click adventures later and I’m here writing a review like a giddy idiot who just discovered a secret stash of gourmet snacks in the dollar bin. This is Gugames’ one-developer victory lap: every game in the bundle was cooked up in 14 days or less on a shoestring budget, yet somehow they all feel like they came from the same ridiculously talented brain. The through-line is dry humor so sharp it could slice bread. This dude doesn’t just write dialogue, he weaponizes it. Every story is a tiny, self-contained delight with wildly different vibes: some are goofy, some are surprisingly touching, and a couple had me cackling at 2 a.m. because the punchlines land like they’ve been aged in oak barrels of sarcasm. Gameplay is classic point-and-click comfort food. You click stuff, combine stuff, occasionally yell at the screen, and eventually progress. The puzzles are clever without being sadistic (except for the three times I was clearly the problem). For the record, I got absolutely bodied by the fingerprint section in Duty First, the dorm maze in Where Wolf, and pretty much the entire third act of Death of Fo-Gu. My only defense is that I’m an idiot. Also the game was running in the background while I pretended to work. Don’t look at my playtime. It’s lying. Graphics? Buddy, they look exactly like what you’d expect from solo jam games. But here’s the thing: once the writing and puzzles grab you, the pixels stop mattering. The music slaps harder than it has any right to in a couple of entries, the sound design punches above its weight, and some games even have full voice acting that somehow doesn’t sound like it was recorded in a broom closet. A few titles have multiple endings too. And yes, one of the voiced games is basically a demo for The Will of Arthur Flabbington. I finished it, immediately added the full thing to my wishlist, and it wasn’t even my top three in the bundle. That should tell you everything. If you like adventure games that respect your intelligence while roasting you gently, this collection is a hidden gem wearing a thrift-store hoodie. I have no idea what Gugames could do with an actual budget and more time, but I’m dying to find out. Until then, this jampilation is more than enough. My Completely Made-Up But Heartfelt Scoring System™ Overall: 68/100 Gameplay: 17/25 Story: 12/15 Controls: 15/15 (never fought the cursor once) Graphics: 6/15 (they tried) Sound: 9/10 Intangibles: 6/10 (that dry humor tax) Replay: 2/5 Challenge: 2/5 (mostly self-inflicted) Buy it. Play it. Tell your friends there’s a madlad out there making bangers in his spare time. Highly, enthusiastically recommended.
