Simple platformer with moon-like jumping. Move from platform to platform as they collapse and collect bits while avoiding to fall into lava. I guess it's ok but nothing mind breaking. If you're looking into something simple just to play without much plot going on you might give it a spin, it's free. Music is manageable. Gameplay is not amazing but at least it tries to offer something new.
Bought this game for a YT channel. Fantastic game! I truly enjoyed playing this. The controls were responsive, the combat was a nice challenge, really made me feel rewarded for completing a level. If you like platformers, you will enjoy this game. You can check out the video on YT at FoolsGold

Adrift Arena is a minimalist/low poly 3D third person action/puzzle platformer where you're presented with a number of platformer challenges that mostly involve jumping from various platforms (while not falling off, floor is lava) to collect enough gems and have a workable path to jump to the exit (some platforms sink into the lava after some time). Refreshingly, the game seems to be a real, sincere attempt at making a game (although the EDM soundtrack is thoroughly annoying). The developers also seem to understand PC gaming, as you can customise the controls and game resolution (but graphics tweaks are lacking). The low poly "art" is a letdown here, but at least it's tastefully done and not jarring. Controls are somewhat clunky and unpolished, with an imperfect/decoupled mouselook... something you might expect from a bad Playstation port (so basically, any Playstation port). Some time spend playtesting the game might have helped, because despite being free, the game failed to adopt any interest from gamers. In some ways this is a shame because many aspects of the development here are above and beyond what's typical from amateur developers, asset flippers and so on. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, but I hope to see more work from this developer, perhaps as part of a professional game development company that can make full use of their talents without needing to make budget/quality compromises.
Amazing!
Genuinely like any game that reminds me of games like Jak and Daxter. Through collecting, and platforming you get a sense of nostalgia from a very distinct era of early video games, long before we ever dreamed to have problems with things like covid, capitalism, self actualization, Gender, making it through the day without going jokermode. We had games like Jak & Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Blinx the Cat, Gex, and more. This little game has such a level of spunk its a shame that the little character doesn't start cussing like in Conkers Bad Furday. Or maybe make weird noises like Banjo Kazooie, and Crash Bandicoot. This is a great first title from Quirk Bit Limited, and like most indie games on twitter, this ♥♥♥♥ is under loved, we need to spread the word. I want more from this group. I need more, this was a great break from the suffering that is Elden Ring, Organic Chemistry 1, and being alive in America. And this gave me 3 hours of pure euphoria, like that time I dressed up like Bridget, yknow from Guilty Gear. Anyway 10 out of 10
This is a sincere attempt at making a light physics-based arena platformer. Looking forward to a sequel although I'm dismayed to see Quirk Bit Limited unlisted from Companies house. I like the lizard design.
Çeşitli platform oluşturma zorluklarının üstesinden gelmeniz gereken zorlu bir arcade 3D platform oyunu. Eğlenceli kontrolleri çok iyi.
Challenging but charming platformer, recommended! It starts simple but adds and combines physics-based mechanics to keep it interesting. Very satisfying when you finally complete the challenges.
Игра на выживание очень прикольная в плане если играть кучно и с другими игроками. А тут ты один.
