im the developer, and i think i did a pretty good job.
First and foremost, I was a little misled with this game. Until you first open the game, there is no indication that you are required to use external sources to solve certain elements within the game. I have a very strong disliking to these kinds of games, especially when they don't disclose that fact until it's practically too late. Second, the framrate is so unstable I almost gave up straight away. Even on a decent computer, the game lingered around 20fps, which just goes to show how badly optimized this game is. Third, there's about 15 rooms that all have locks on them, and I'd assume you need to go around the mansion solving puzzles to find the keys to unlock these rooms? But... why would you even need access to all of these rooms? Are the puzzles so miniscule that they need to be split into 20 different parts or something? It doesn't make sense. Also, I don't like how sometimes your items dissappear and then suddenly reappear, for example a Lantern that I picked up but couldn't use because it was empty (Why give it to me if I can't use it or replenish the fuel in it?) which for some reason disappeared out of my hand for 10 seconds before mysteriously coming back. Overall, this game needs a major rework because in it's current state it feels like an unstable, taped together mess.
