A digital comic book about the two individuals and the event that eventually led to World War I. Gavrilo's early years, his education, and finally the tragic event are covered. Franz Ferdinand, who was on the opposing side, had his own issues to deal with. If you count the interlude and epilogue, the story will be spread throughout 15 chapters, so it won't take much of your time. An individual chapter may take you roughly 5 minutes to read, depending on your reading speed. However, even this time may vary because each chapter has a varied number of frames. There are some grammar errors in the text. A missing word or a wrong tense, nothing too serious. The artwork is excellent, and each chapter is accompanied by ambient music that adds greatly to the experience. The music is always different and has Bosnian or Austrian tones. The story is still simple to follow because the speaker of each sentence is marked, even without voice narration. Some sound effects, including bells and laughter, are so rare that it is not important to mention them. Once you've finished reading the story, there's no reason to do so again. A quiz with 10 questions for each of the two characters is over quick and the gallery doesn’t have a lot of things to look at. Easy achievements for achievement hunters.

A Matter of Principle is a VN centralizing a historical figure named Gavrilo Princip, an individual indirectly causing a war which affected the world at large. Here we see him at his childhood all up to his legacy and what made this person to become who he was. This visual novel has a couple of grammar mistakes, leading me to be a bit confused at the events I was viewing. I believe these will be fixed in no time anyway. I feel AMOP could have been a bit better by having each chapter the same exact attention, although most of them are accompanied by a question and multiple answers if that is your sort of thing. The art is alright, drawings done by pen or similar tools are always great.

Не игра, но комикс; удивительно живой, пусть и повествующий о событиях дней минувших, но перекликающийся с событиями текущими, словно время сделало полный оборот: война, национализм, поиск крайних, во всем виноватых, идеализм и глупость, желание сражаться и умереть за "родину", чтобы хоть как-то "оправдать собственное существование", молодёжная мясорубка, и во главе всего, - истории о людях, их жизнях, столь незаметных и незначительных на фоне общих, "определяющих историю", событий. Правда я так и не понял, действовал ли Гаврило согласно своим принципам, или же вопреки им..

Интерактивный комикс с приятной рисовкой. Выглядит красиво, читается комфортно, музыка так же комфортная и не мешает. Читается весь комикс за час, еще за десять минут проходится викторина. За 50р по скидке это более чем достаточный объем контента. Из минусов: вопросы по ходу самого комикса никак не озвучиваются, ты либо знаешь, либо угадываешь их, а так же крайне дешевое оформление викторины тоже немного расстраивает. По итогу прочтения могу ли я сказать что-то положительное про Гаврило? Все еще нет. Больше проникся сочувствием к Францу
