I really like this game! I haven't played many games like this where you can choose different characters to progress relationships with and it was quite fun to see the different scenes with each character. I also really like how the economy system was done, it's pretty intuitive and very simple which is perfect for a game where economy really isn't the main focus. Same with difficulty, curfew is punishing but there's no drawbacks that I've noticed for doing less on each day to make sure you make curfew so feel free to head to bed early because there's always tomorrow. In bed by 7, that's my rule of thumb. Also there were a couple minor bugs that caught my eye; namely that the game does not stop you from harvesting more crops than your inventory can hold, so you lose any that overflow your inventory, and (spoilers kind of?) that you can fish without a rod (happened to me after the Peyton fishing scene). If the latter happens, you will also be unable to buy the non-seed items in the shop, but that can be fixed by reloading the save (not sure if ability to fish without a rod persists after reloading). Thanks for reading!
It did well throughout the start to near the end building its narrative. I still reached a happy ending, but the final scenes just aren't well executed. Making the rest of the experience feel fairly anti-climactic. The body of the game is riddled with bugs, soft locks, and broken encounters requiring you to reload saves to restart days. I still was able to get past those to the finish but they were so blatant it soured the experience. The farming and earning money to progress wasn't good, but it wasn't bad either. It was fine besides the previously mentioned bugs occasionally causing issues. I really liked the music and art style. Both of these were very good at enhancing the setting and the overall charm.

My gambling addict friend said if I post a review on A Heart of Butterblue and it gets 350 likes and 150 Awards that he will buy me a case of beer and some vodka.. So I'm just gonna leave this here.
Already played it on Itchio, but only 2 of the 3 endings, so I got the last one here on Steam. Despite being a mystery/horror story, it has a nice wholesome side and it is quite interactive, not just go through text, you have to spend day by day on the farm. I highly recommend it, plus it's free to play.
Çiftçilik mekaniklerini içeren görsel bir korku romanı. Geceleri topraklarda dolaşan gizemli köpeklerin ellerinde ölmemeye çalışırken köylüleri araştırın, çiftçilik yapın ve onlara kur yapın. Tamamen ücretsiz bir oyun.
Just in time for Spooky Month, here's an atmospheric horror visual novel with a good heart, fantastic characters, and farming mechanics! What more could you want?
PEYTON MY LOVE - a short, somewhat dark and inventive visual novel about people going through some bad times and maybe finding something valuable in the middle of all the darkness that surrounds them. has light farming elements and a great plot.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in visual novels.
I really recommend it! I think the story was well-developed and interesting, I liked the farming mechanics and the characters. There are some minor bugs but they didn't hamper my enjoyment much.
This game is, by no means, perfect. And yet, damn, it's great. You'll have to see it for yourself. Though, fair warning: The time ticks very fast and you may get a game-over if your not careful. But the game is extremely short and sweet so I don't mind it either way.
