Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A Fold Apart has a good set of interesting puzzles that does a good job of introducing new mechanics and using them in interesting ways. The puzzles were able to be challenging without being obtuse, which is a rare feat. I also dug the art style of the game, it is very cute. It also tells a story of a couple trying to make a Long Distance Relationship work which was ok, I think the ending of the story was a little unclear, but the puzzles that this game has makes this a worthwhile game.

The folding puzzles are fun, but the story line is pretty annoying and slow.
Das Spiel ist süß gestaltet, aber wird schnell langweilig. Der Character bewegt sich sehr langsam zwischen den Rätseln und das chatten ist auch sehr anstrengend, weil das das Gehen noch langsamer macht.
good game
Ok, here we go. Don't play it when:
- depressed

- you ended a relationship

- wanting to break up with someone

- having a longterm relationship
If you answered all the above with "no" keep on reading, if "yes" don't play the game. Ok, for all who said "yes" in any of the above and kept on reading anyway. Read the next collum. Don't play when:
-you expect a character you control to move and not doing everything in sloooooooow motion

- you want to be entertained

- you expect a good story - SPOILER: It's booooring. Watching grass grow is more exciting. Sorry....

- you don't need or seek for any therapy - SPOILER: I kind of felt the urge of needing an appointment after 2 chapters out of 6 playing this game
If you want to buy and play nonetheless go ahead, you're old enough to make your own decisions. BUT don't say that you haven't been warned. Seriously, I really wanted to like this game. But it just keeps on annoying me and I can't refund it because I bought it 3 months ago and my first attempt of playing was also 3 months after buying it. Well, if you find pleasure in being bored to death and want the feeling of having problems you didn't really thought of or never wanted to have them but now you think you have them in real life I totally recommend this game. But honestly, no!
Super cute, wholesome short game. However, the red character lowkey drove me crazy with the gaslighting of blue.... Just be warned you will experience all the feels with this one
This recommendation is with caveats. Controlling the characters feels stiff and some of the harder puzzles did not feel that intuitive. The fact that there is a hint system helped. The main plot is very basic, so go into it for the puzzles. Not the worse game, but not the best.
Leaning more neutral than fully positive. This is primarily a story game that has puzzles put in to keep it interesting than an actual puzzle game imo. Unfortunately the story is just not enough to hold the game up on its own. It's quite repetitive and a bit frustrating and, because you get pieces of the story as you solve the puzzle, it often feels quite stilted. The ending also felt quite unresolved to me but maybe I was just skimming by the end because I can only deal with so much whining. That said. The puzzle mechanics feel fun and unique, with different elements added in each chapter to keep it fresh. The animation, art and music is beautiful and I can see what they were going for with the narrative even if it didn't work for me. I am not sure the wholesome tag really applies unless we are talking strictly about the puppy chapter because we stan Princess Maggie Pupperpants in this house and she is a Very Good Girl. Pick up in the sale if you like puzzle games and I don't think you will be disappointed.
