A Fishy RPG

seemingly abandoned, very crude. does not always close when you hit the exit button (which is why i have over 100 hours in it) Update 2023: Apparently no longer abandoned. it's gotten an update this year.

[h1]A small retro style mid 80's arcade game[/h1] The Developer has tried for an approachable classic look, and considering the requested price tag has definitely aimed for a niche market. Calling the game an RPG is a bit of a stretch but one does have [i]Character Skills[/i] to grow and choose between which do affect how your interaction with the world goes down. This primary interaction, is an arcade interface fishing action with the prime directive being to discover more interesting and valuable 8-bit fishies. If you have fond memories of similar BBC Micro or Amiga games, you'll find a few hours enjoyment here. But if you are of the full 3D power hungry FPS generation I'd be suprised to find you being enthralled here. It's a good Idea, but could we lay off the Carpal Tunnel syndrome

I received this game as a curator from developers to try it out and give an honest opinion about it. Well, this game is boring and pointless. Maybe somebody is gonna like it, I don't. Also, there is a bug in the game that does not let you quit the game, so I had to restart my computer in order to get rid of it. I uninstalled it, and yet Steam was showing that I'm inside the game, and counting hours played.... And the game itself is, you go around and catch fish. And even though people say that pixelated games are now in, I had my share of playing Commodore 64 in 1980's, why in gods name would I want to play something as ugly as this game? Even the pixelated games can look good. (Dungeon of the endless for example). This game is plane ugly. I don't know anything about LGV developers, maybe this is their first game and they need support, maybe its just one guy trying to make a living, anyhow, they need to do better than this game. This is bad.

This "game" softlocks in the menu. When you quit the game it leaves an .exe file running. I suspect it may be malicious software.

This game is incredible. It as absolutely life changing I went into this game but a mere child and left a man this game will change your life. They say a good book can change your life, well a great game can do more than just change your life it can change your world. Thank you for coming to my TED talk

The games is okay, sadly tho, the endings and the achivements were broken during my playthroughs.
