Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game was a lot of fun. It's a pretty simple premise, but still manages to make the combat engaging, and the story is decent as well. Basically, combat is like a game of Hangman - you use skills to glean clues from your enemies in order to determine their identify. As the enemies are all tsukomogami, they are spirits inhabiting everyday items (well, everyday to the Edo period). Each clue gives you a letter or a word; the letters are part of the name of the enemy, and the word clues are related to the item's materials or function. You are encouraged to discover the true identity of the artifact spirit as soon as you can, so knowing the types of items in an area can help immensely in repeat battles. One thing I didn't like were the boss battles, which were almost always against the same one or two items. It was a bit of a letdown each time. But the main loop of combat, shopping, and VN-style story kept me going through to the end. Another potential issue is that you need to be at least somewhat familiar with items from long-ago Japan, and in some cases their Romanized names. For example, "tatami" instead of maybe "bedding/floor mat", "katana" instead of "sword" (though that's an easier one to know). There's also some specific items that are translated, but you might not guess them if the setting is unfamiliar to you. Luckily, I am a low-key weeb, so it worked out OK for me. I think the game also comes with both the English and Japanese
A rather short but nice game. It's more Creature Collector than story and RPG but that didn't bother me. The fight system is easy to manage and it was fun to guess the right words in the beginning to discover all the shrouded monsters. The music was fitting. Achievements are somewhat easy to accomplish. Nothing too hard. I had fun playing, so yeah. I recommend it.
Extremely unfun to play.

https://youtu.be/uCJzlselQWk Moving at a painfully slow pace the interesting spirit identifying mechanic is lost to the time it takes to progress.
This game still has a lot of bugs that induce either freezes or crashes. But I save often and I power through it, because it's just that lovely. I really like the word-guessing mini-games to identify each little critter! And they are all absolutely creepily adorable. I'm about half-way through and I'm really enjoying myself. I bought this game maybe a decade ago, it was about time I came around to it! No regrets.
It's good
