About
When crowns tremble, blades rise.
The kingdom of Bianké is crumbling. Behind the golden halls, the king’s succession promises to be soaked in blood. Nobles arm themselves in silence, princes move their pawns… and the enemies of the realm no longer wait.
In this creeping chaos, you play as Athéo, a commoner with no title, driven by the desperate need to save the one who remains. He leads the Amethyst Fangs, a mercenary company bound by a strict code of honor, soon caught in the storm of war.
But 5Crowns doesn’t follow just one banner.
You’ll traverse multiple fronts, witness conflicting truths, and command heroes with diverging ideals – all caught in the downfall of a collapsing kingdom.
A forgotten duchy rises in the mountains. A young princess, sidelined by the court, tries to make her voice heard. At her side, a duchess forged by exile and war gives her more than shelter: an army, a hope, and a land ready to defy the laws of the realm.
Among the nobles, others rise. Agraé, heir of the Fox, walks the tightrope between loyalty and truth. Goldy, a marquise marked by a broken oath, follows the shadows of her past through the Obsidian Blades. Around them, young knights and heirs question everything: should they still serve the crown… or prepare for its fall?
And in the silence of cathedrals, another war brews.
For while Éonn still guides the faithful, others whisper the promises of Nyx. Forbidden cults awaken. Old beliefs falter. And faith, like power, becomes a battlefield.

Kraliyet ailesi içinde bir devrim patlak verirken komşu bir krallık Biankein'lere savaş ilan eder. Atheo'yu, Ametist Dişlerini ve daha birçoklarını zafere taşıyın.
"5 Crowns" doesn't seem to have been made with the godawful blight on gaming that is the RPG Maker asset/construction kit... but it's almost completely indistingishable from an asset flip churned out with it. Instead, it's SRPG Studio... yeah, somehow, a game construction kit exists that's even worse than RPG Maker. And this garbage is the inevitable result. This is a bunch of stock SRPG Studio assets combined with a high school anime club dropout fan-fiction. It doesn't seem to be one of those fan-fictions about the authors imaginary girlfriend, instead this one is a painfully generic bore about a mercenary company, with lots of really garbage writing, punctuated by a little bit of stock SRPG Studio engine gameplay of deplorably low quality. You do get to do some really badly done turn based tactical combat, this is probably a little better than RPG Makers weak ripoff of Final Fantasy's terrible turn based 2D sideview billboard combat... but it's still awful. As a construction kit kitbash/asset flip, this doesn't contain much in the way of original game assets, it's just a bunch of pixelcrap assets from the construction kit combined with that all too common high school anime club dropout fan-fiction cringe writing. These JRPG construction kits are pretty much all the same as far as gamers are concerned... low quality engine, pixelcrap "art" instead of anything remotely contemporary or professional, completely amateurish design and implementation... "5 Crowns", like all the other JRPG construction kit asset flips, has no real value as a game for gamers at all. The argument can be made that these construction kit toys are intended to let would-be developers learn something about real game design without having any skill, talent, or training, or to pass little demos around with friends. But what's happened here is someone got their hands on it and thought it was an "Ez-Mode" button to turn themselves into real game developers without having to do any of the real work or have any of the skill and talent that real developers need. The result is this disaster. The amateur pixelcrap visual presentation here at best could have been an attempt to use "retro" as a crutch, a weak excuse to avoid admitting the developer wasn't capable of doing the job of a game developer this decade and creating cutting edge, high quality 3D visuals. While a lack of skill or funding is the explanation for this failure, it's no excuse. The end result of this incompetence is a game that looks dramatically inferior to professionally developed games. Terraria and Undertale succeeded despite looking crap, not because they look crap. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Even as a free product, this couldn't find an audience. With a peak of only 2 players, it's clear the Steam community took one look and walked away. They literally couldn't pay people to spend time with this. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. There's no up front cost here, but I still feel like I got ripped off, and I didn't even spend any money. That's how bad this is.

Author, could you please enable the animations? Even the default animations would be fine. Without battle animations, it's not fun to play

tres bien mais trop court
