Not as fun as 3079 and 3089. No ingame map as well.
more straight forward than the other ones but still not fun
Very bland, generic and random. The RPG mechanic feels nice enough and the grappling tool offers good mobility, but movement feels sluggish overall, even with higher speeds it just doesn't feel right. In VR I couldn't play this for very long. The bad movement and overly simple and repetitive graphics gave me motion sickness after just a few minutes. The good things about the game are: + Good exploration + Nice RPG elements + Sneak attack kills feel great + Getting good loot is awesome The bad things are: - Getting bad loot feels awful and makes the game very difficult - Bad overall quality of graphics and sound - Similar design and small textures over large areas make orientation difficult - Dying is more due to randomized circumstance than lack of player skill - Death penalties are too high (small stat reduction / being teleported several rooms back / refilling all rooms with enemies)
I, truly, am disappointed in this one. I expected it to be a well-balanced RPG game with a reasonable system for upgrading your character like in the predecessors of the game. The predecessors I enjoyed - this game I did not enjoy! The player is left to collect gems to upgrade and they become increasingly scarce? The player is so slow he can hardly dodge any of the enemy attacks? And you lose a STAT point randomly upon death??? WTF? This is seriously a great let down in my books.
It's pretty alright and is quite fun to modify (it's really easy to mod the game and turn into a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-y mess), but the gameplay itself isn't super fun. With it being a roguelike stealth game, the roguelike aspect makes it hard to sneak at times. Stealth isn't really that good either. What is frustrating, too, is that you lose skill points with each death, especially since enemies later become bullet sponges that hit like a freight train. Guns don't feel satisfying to use. The map layouts can also get pretty confusing and hard to navigate, but that is the price of a randomly generated map.
I wanted, & tried to like this game but I really could not. 3089 was way better. This game starts... you break into the ship... you get lost... start to feel frustrated.... you end the game & retry again & again ... 2/10 unenjoyable.
This game is something like a sequel to 3079 and 3089 and that is kinda cool and smart, because it makes you want to try those previous games. In this you play as a robot playing versus other robots that are your enemies. As previous games from this company this game is also unique in graphics, gameplay, details and story. So firstly the graphics - graphics are simple but nice, there is no heavy shading on this game and I think it's good, because it's not the type of game that would need such thing. Now gameplay - as I said earlier, in this game you play as a robot, I don't know, invading the ship maybe, but who cares, it's fun just the way it is :D in this game you will see many various enemies and they all are different and you'll need to fight with them differently. But no worries, in this game you will also find many weapons which you can use to defeat those enemies with. Details - details in this game are also simple, there are no complex structures and that gives the game this unique look, but the thing that was a bit weird in this game was that some items had good textures, while some only had basic colors on them, but I don't know, maybe I'm just missing out something in here. Now finally the price - if you want to play this game and you like games like this one, then you have to get it, because price isn't very high, but if you want my advice then I would suggest you to buy the complete series pack, in which you'll get 3079, 3089 and 4089 because playing them all from beginning would be the best, also if you still think that it's too expensive just wait for sale, because it will be worth a try :)
Absolute garbage, like the other "games" from this developer.
DO NOT PLAY AT ALL! DONT BUY IT!
