3 days: Zoo Mystery

This game has lots of find the objects and it keeps my brain stimulated trying to find all of the hidden items in order to continue on with the mystery to get to the end. Some of the screens are dark which give it a more challenging game.

I remember playing this on big fish when it came out, and loving it as a kid. I got this on steam to never lose having it, but then realized it's a buggy shell of what it was. The refresh rate sucks and the ui border is gone, so every interactable object on the ui that's there overlays and it's really annoying. Seeing the other reviews here, looks like other people are having the same problem... Wanted to have fun here, but damn.

This is a great Hidden Object game that will give you around 5 or more hours of playtime. The story is simple yet it ties well with the puzzles. The game has a lot of mini games. They do get repetitive but never boring. The music isn't bad either. If you like these types of games, this one is definitely worth playing. The mouse does leave a trail but clicking on any of the icons on the right will clear the trail. Some of the negative reviewers are saying that the game has bugs or cannot be completed, but this is not true and I managed to finish it. You have to be really accurate with the mouse when clicking on objects. The only real bug I found is in Level 20 where one of the "Reagents" wasn't actually there and the hint points at something invisible. You have to keep clicking around that area to retrieve it.

Proof positive that non game designers shouldn't be allowed to try and design games. The interface is clunky, the pictures/objects are haloed and bad, and at least with my system, either the interface is completely distorted and misshapen in full screen (2560X1440), or it's all but unusable in windowed mode. Sorry, but there could have been a lot of fun here, but even the non-finder mini games are lackluster.

Blondýna s pochybnou minulosťou prichádza na zúfalé volanie svojho strýca, aby objasnila záhadné zmiznutie zvierat z jeho zoo a nechala sa využívať všetkými, od podozrivých cez šialeného vedca po šerifa samotného. Toľko k príbehu, ktorý je síce miestami vykoľajený (kto by čakal vedľa zoo urychlovač častíc?), ale inak pekne nadvädzujúci. Puzzle sú jednoduchšie, okrem jedného-dvoch, ale ich neustále opakovanie vás časom unudí, našťastie sa dajú vymeniť za HO-scénu. Čo sa týka samotných HO, sú tažšie i keď najväčšiu výzvu predstavuje nížke rozlíšenie (hratie v okne neodporučujem, to neuvidíte nič). Najväčšiou chybou, ktorá znižuje nielen zážitok z hry, ale aj hodnotenie hry samotné je kurzor myši, ktorý síce funguje správne v hlavnom okne, ale na pozadí za sebou zanecháva svoje tiene, v ktorých sa strácajú predmety, ktoré buď musíte hľadať alebo použiť. Čo sa mi najviac páči je fakt, že napriek nižšiemu rozlíšeniu a pochybnému kurzoru je hra nielen hrateľná, ale aj dohrateľná, za čo má veľké plus. A preto odporučujem.

Unfortunately this is too broken to play. It has serious graphical issues from the start. Mouse trails stick on the screen. The items to locate are in a bar across the bottom of the screen but don't display properly. It's completely unplayable. That's unfortunately all I can say.
