1912 Titanic Mystery

First this game is old, don't expect awesome art or game mechanics. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mostly comprised of HOG scenes, with some basic puzzle game elements from time to time, what really got me hooked was to know what was going to happen next in the diary you discover throughout the game. It was a truly enjoyable read for me. It was also interesting to learn more about the Titanic through the different characters present in-game. So, I recommend if you're not scared of an old looking HOG game and like a bit of reading. ^^

Tan mal acabado y con errores como poner objetos detras de otros que no puedes mover y que hacen que solo puedas pulsar en una parte concreta del objeto que quieres elegir de entre todas lar partes que asomen. Calidad pésima. Regalado es caro.

THIS GAME IS ONE OF IF NOT THE BEST GAMES OF ALL TIME! (Aside from sakura clicker of course). The story is just so intense and at times i felt pure terror as i was so immersed into the game and felt my life was in threat and i was the only one who could solve the mystery and save everyone. The story is that you are John Titanic JR. heir to the Titanics fortune, but the maiden voyage of your fathers boat you discover a message that states the Titanic II will blow up, so you take it into your hands to stop this mysterious terrorist and save the boat and your fathers fortune. My favorite part is where you discover a that the assassination of John F Kennedy was set up by the CIA and that there is no possible way Lee Harvey Oswald could have shot JFK from behind and have his brains come out the back of his head. Overall 4/10

This game wouldn't allow me to use my mouse. I put new batteries in my mouse and it still didn't work. And not being able to use my mouse made playing some of the puzzles impossible for me.

I had quite a bit of fun with this game. The hidden object scenes vary in difficulty, which is great, and the puzzles range from easy to difficult as well. The plot kept me engrossed, as did the Titanic facts. All in all, this game a nice, short, cozy time!

Das war ein Fehlkauf. Hab es gespiel bis zum 2 Szene und verlor das Interesse. Ich empfehle dieses Spiel nicht!

Despite an interesting story, I cannot recommend this game due to the many bugs that I have experienced in game. Multiple times I had puzzles with invisible pieces that would not appear despite reloading them. I have had hidden object puzzles with items that just are not visible either. In addition every time you skip a puzzle it gives a penalty of 10 mins to your overall score which is unfair as I have only had to skip for segments where there are bugs in the game. This one is a waste of time.

우선 옛날 HOG이다보니 화면이 4:3 이어서 많이 답답합니다. 3D도 아니니 화면을 새로 그려서 확장하기는 힘들었겠지만 그래도 배경이나 게임 정보로 좌우를 채워줬으면 어땠을까 싶네요. 스토리는 다소 예측 가능하지만 흥미로운 편입니다. 다만 큰 단점이 있는데, 일기를 찾아 읽으면서 과거가 드러나는 방식이기 때문에 스토리가 100% 텍스트로만 진행됩니다. 다시 말해 책을 읽는 것과 다를 바 없다는거죠. 내용에 맞는 일러스트라도 삽입해줬으면 좋았으련만, 정말 그냥 책 그림에 덧씌워져 있는 텍스트가 전부입니다. 게다가 옛날 게임이라 해상도도 낮고 폰트 크기도 작아서 큰 모니터가 아니면 글씨 읽느라 눈이 아프겠네요. Hidden object 찾기는 그냥 특출날 것 없이 평범합니다. 다만 요즘의 HOG들과는 좀 다른게, '그럴 듯함'을 전혀 추구하지 않은 방식입니다. 사물이 스케일에 맞고 자연스럽게 배경에 들어있는게 아니거든요. 예를 들어 신발이 그냥 구름 사이에 떠있습니다 ㅋㅋ 옛날에는 이게 일반적인 방식이었겠지만 지금 시점에 하기에는 몰입감을 많이 해치네요. 중간에 하나씩 있는 퍼즐 풀기에도 문제가 조금 있습니다. 대부분 평범하지만 딱 한 번 모스 부호를 알고 있어야 풀 수 있는 퍼즐이 나와서 검색을 해야 했습니다. (게임 내에 어떠한 힌트도 없습니다! 진짜 모스 부호를 알아야 해요) 이래저래 2021년 시점에서 추천하기는 힘드네요. 나왔을 당시에는 재밌게 할 수 있었을 것 같습니다.
