101 CATS HIDDEN IN BELGIUM
Relaxing and funny game where you just need to find 101 hidden cats. Once you find them all, you just completed the whole game. Sounds easy right? Some cats are really tough to find but you will figure it out. If you are missing some and can not find them, just take a look at my guide. :) Overall it is a good game to decompress. If you have good eyes for seeking it will take you about 15 minutes to 30 minutes at maximum. Also you will get easily 100 achievements. GL & HF.
First Impressions: A cute cat game where you find 101 cats hidden in Belgium. Gameplay: You are tasked with finding 101 cats hidden in a Belgian landscape. Every time a cat is found, they are colored in. There is no hint option but the majority of the cats should be easy to find. This game also offers zoom capabilities and the ability to adjust the brightness (if needed). There is a timer at the upper corner of the screen marking how long it takes to complete the game but it isn’t linked to any achievements. Music: It is not distracting and pleasant to listen to. TL;DR: This game is perfect for a cozy experience and short gaming session. However, some gamers might be frustrated if they are having difficulties in locating the remaining few cats since there is no hint option available. Would I recommend this?: Yes. 101 Cats Hidden in Belgium is a gentle, cozy hidden-object experience that embraces simplicity and charm as its core strengths. Developed and published by NaipSoft, the game is part of a larger series built around the same relaxing premise: presenting players with a beautifully illustrated scene and asking them to carefully search for a set number of cleverly concealed cats. Rather than aiming for challenge or narrative complexity, this entry focuses on calm observation, visual enjoyment, and the quiet satisfaction that comes from methodically uncovering every last hidden detail. The game places players inside a single, expansive illustration inspired by Belgian architecture and scenery. Cobblestone streets, historic buildings, canals, and quaint urban details are all woven together into a cohesive environment that feels inviting and warm. The scene is dense with visual information, encouraging players to slow down and really look rather than rush from one objective to the next. The cats themselves are integrated naturally into the environment, sometimes blending seamlessly into patterns or hiding in plain sight, which makes discovery feel rewarding without ever becoming frustrating. Gameplay is extremely straightforward and intentionally pressure-free. Players simply click on cats as they find them, with clear visual feedback confirming each successful discovery. There are no timers, penalties, or incorrect-click punishments, allowing players to explore at their own pace. This design makes the experience accessible to players of all ages and skill levels, and it also makes the game ideal as a relaxing break rather than a demanding puzzle challenge. Progress is tracked clearly, and the steady count toward all 101 cats creates a pleasant sense of momentum and completion. The visual presentation is the game’s standout feature. The artwork is colorful, detailed, and whimsical, resembling a hand-drawn travel illustration more than a traditional game background. Each section of the image feels intentionally composed, rewarding curiosity with small visual jokes, layered details, and subtle environmental storytelling. Even after all the cats have been found, the illustration itself remains enjoyable to look at, reinforcing the idea that the environment is just as important as the hidden-object mechanic. Sound design complements the relaxed tone perfectly. Soft, unobtrusive background music plays throughout the experience, reinforcing a sense of calm rather than urgency. There are no loud effects or sudden audio cues, which helps maintain the meditative atmosphere. The soundscape exists to support the visual exploration rather than distract from it, making the game easy to play while unwinding or multitasking. For completionists, the game offers a generous set of Steam achievements tied to finding all cats and fully completing the scene. While the overall runtime is relatively short, these achievements add a layer of motivation for players who enjoy clearing every objective. Because the experience is compact and focused, it can be completed in a single sitting, though many players may choose to take their time simply to enjoy the artwork and the act of searching. Of course, the game’s strengths are also its limitations. There is no narrative, no difficulty progression, and no variation in mechanics beyond finding hidden cats. Players looking for evolving puzzles, strategic depth, or replayable systems may find the experience too minimal. Once all cats are discovered, there is little reason to return unless one simply enjoys revisiting the artwork. However, this restraint feels intentional rather than lacking, as the game delivers exactly what it promises without unnecessary embellishment. Taken as a whole, 101 Cats Hidden in Belgium succeeds as a relaxing, visually pleasing hidden-object game that prioritizes comfort and clarity over challenge. It is best approached not as a traditional puzzle game, but as a short, cozy experience meant to be enjoyed slowly and without pressure. For fans of hidden-object titles, cat-themed games, or calm interactive experiences, it offers a charming and satisfying diversion that leaves a pleasant impression long after the final cat is found. Rating: 6/10
Arh - The palm trees of Belgium
Big image, small cats, and no hint function.
Estou jogando no linux CachyOs. Roda liso, plug and play. Não precisei configurar nada.
"101 Cats Hidden in Belgium" is, visually, much louder than its counterparts. There is so much going on in the art, that it provides a much needed challenge compared to some of the other titles in the catalog.
