Zereoton Hauntings 2 is a 2D survival horror game based on the story of a paranormal enthusiast called Mateo who loves to investigate the various haunted locations in the US.
Mateo, the paranormal enthusiast, went to the haunted apartment located in New York City for paranormal investigation. This apartment was built during the 1900s, which is said to be one of the most haunted locations in the US because of its dark past. During the 1980s, there was a brutal murder of a man named Lucas, which took place inside one of the rooms of the apartment. Around the same time, a woman wearing a white gown died while performing satanic rituals with her friends in the hallway area of the second floor. It was said that she was possessed by an evil entity who was responsible for her demise.
The apartment residents have complained of seeing ghostly apparitions, and they often see the spirit of Lucas, the man who was murdered there. There have been reports of disembodied voices, growls, and whispers coming from the hallways and also from the basement area. The residents don't even dare to visit the basement alone because one of the residents got scratched while being there a few years ago. It was also said that the spirit of a woman wearing a white gown was often seen on the second and the third floors of the apartment.
Mateo, while exploring the apartment, could feel as if someone was following him. The alien creature, Zereoton, has been following him since his last investigation and has even followed him home. He should prepare himself to face the evil spirits who might become even more twisted under the influence of the Zereoton.
