Carlos Haunted House is a 2D Top-Down survival horror game based on the story of a haunted house where you have been invited by your friend, the current owner, to experience the paranormal activities and to help him deal with them.
Carlos house was built in the 19th century, where a lot of tragic incidents occurred in the past. It is said that the spirit of the deceased roams in the various rooms and the hallways even today. John, who is a paranormal enthusiast, got invited by his friend, the current owner of the house, because he himself was unable to deal with the extreme paranormal activities taking place inside the house.
During the late 19th century, the son of the then owner of the house accidentally fell down from the balcony of the third floor while he was practising baseball. His spirit often attacks the family members and is often seen holding a baseball bat. Around the same time, a guy was murdered inside the house, and his body was said to be buried somewhere in the backyard of the house. His identity could not be verified. Also, the wife of the owner was a witch who used to practice Voodoo rituals in the basement area, which allowed the Evil spirits to enter the house. It is said that a portal is open in the basement area through which spirits travel to this world.
You play as John, a paranormal enthusiast, and you have been invited by your friend in order to investigate the house and to help him deal with the situation. Will you be able to escape the haunted house alive, and will you be able to help out your friend?
