Zenless Zone Zero is HoYoverse’s brand-new urban fantasy ARPG. Players act as "Proxies" who explore Hollows alongside a wide range of unique Agents, fighting enemies, and completing commissions on their journey to unveil the mysteries behind New Eridu.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

About
Zenless Zone Zero is a brand-new urban fantasy action RPG lovingly crafted by HoYoverse.
In the game, a disaster known as "Hollows" brought modern civilization to its knees. Hollows appear out of the blue, spawning anomalous dimensions crawling with terrifying monsters called "Ethereals."
In the wake of this catastrophic disaster, the last city to survive the apocalypse — New Eridu — used the technology and resources needed to combat the Hollows, overcame countless dangers, and gradually evolved into humanity's final bastion of civilization.
In New Eridu, you'll step into the role of a Proxy — a professional who provides guidance to those who need to venture into the dangerous Hollows for various reasons. You'll embark on adventures with unique characters, exploring Hollows together, battling powerful enemies, completing commissions, and uncovering the secrets hidden within the city.
Zenless Zone Zero delivers smooth and exhilarating combat. Launch your offense with Basic Attacks and Special Attacks, counter enemy strikes through dodges and blocks, then string together flashy combos with Chain Attacks to finish them off. Different enemies have their own specialties and weaknesses — seizing the right opportunity and responding with precision is key to controlling the battle.
Zenless Zone Zero features a striking art style and visual design that stands out. Characters boast incredibly detailed expressions and fluid, dynamic movement, with combat and plot sequences packed with tension. The music pulses with sharp, distinct rhythms, delivering a powerful and impactful audiovisual experience.
In a world plagued by disaster, a new kind of city has emerged — New Eridu. This last oasis has mastered the technology to coexist with Hollows and is home to a whole host of chaotic, boisterous, dangerous, and very active factions. As the key link between the Hollows and the city, the story of the legendary Proxy Phaethon begins to unfold.
Diverse city blocks each boast their own unique vibe, while danger-filled Hollows conceal deadly challenges. Take on commissions, dive into the action, and freely switch between urban errands and combat. Every journey is a brand-new adventure.
Random Play can't run without videotapes, and a Proxy can't do without Agents. In New Eridu, unexpected visitors always come calling. Fates intertwine as a colorful cast of characters takes the stage one by one, weaving together the sprawling story hidden beneath the city's calm surface.

É um bom passa tempo...
I've played Genshin Impact since version 1.0, I played Honkai Star Rail for half a year, and I even tried Honkai Impact Third for a month. All things considered, despite the deep hole I find myself in with Genshin, THIS is the hoyoverse game I find myself having the most fun with. While I believe Hoyoverse does a great job with characters and a FANTASTIC job with music, I feel like when it comes to theme it tends to either Hit or Miss. Genshin has become more consistent but there are naysayers and Star Rail fell off ENTIRELY to me, but finally we get to Zenless Zone Zero proper. ZZZ has been NOTHING BUT consistent with it's Urban Science Fantasy. There's no real "Magic" besides the unexplainable Hollows, which could very well lean into the old adage of "Science undiscernable to Magic", yet EVERY character STILL follows that logic. Each Faction is filled with it's own ensemble that makes them feel like both part of the world as a whole and a well oiled machine on their own. From the classic Cunning Hares to Suiban Temple to even the ESD of the new region, they ALL come alive in their own ways. Not to mention even the OLDER characters are still showing up WELL beyond when their banner pass and are showing some degree of Meta Relevance, which makes their fans VERY happy. But onto what I feel is MOST important for a game like this; Is it Worth Playing WITHOUT Spending as much as you can get advantages FROM Spending? Let me tell you a story from my OWN view on the matter. For me? The answer is Yes. For the first whole year, I was ENTIRELY Free-to-Play with the SOLE condition that I would spend money if they made an S-Rank (The premium banner characters) of my favorite A-Rank Agent Billy. That promise was made the day I learned about Imbibitor Lunae Dan Heng in Star Rail. Then they made S-Rank Anby and my heart leapt in joy. If they were willing to do that for a Starter Character people loved, perhaps they'd do that for ANOTHER Starter Character people loved? "Perish the thought!" my brain would say logically. "Anby is a Girl, and Billy is male. Males don't get that kind of respect in Gacha!" And yet my heart yearned for it. We all did. And a dream was held onto for the longest time, so long I stopped playing the game for a while since I felt it was consuming my interest in playing it. I kept my eyes to the data on occasion. Still Hoping. Still Dreaming. And then it finally happened; The First Drop of Revelation of S-Billy. I was outside, over a mile away from home at the time on my morning walk. I immediately ran home the second I heard the news and reinstalled ZZZ. And after a month-long hard grind I was ready and THEN some. I prepared to spend a crisp $100 on S-Billy and Despite my horrible RNG Luck I acquired what I wanted! Which brings me to one of my FAVORITE things about ZZZ- Weapon Banners are actually FAIR HERE! with a Rate of 75%/25% IN YOUR FAVOR of getting the weapon you want, and the pity ROLLS OVER UNLIKE IN GENSHIN. So my fellow hoyoplayers can breathe easy. As for the gameplay? It's focused more of action-based combat with fast swapping in to counter types of attacks or dodging to avoid others. keeping the two in mind is ESSENTIAL to survival, since there's only 1 real healer in this whole game and it's an S-Rank. (Astra Yao.) But Back to Me for a sec. I DID spend money, and while it did help in my pulls and got me my precious boy and his Weapon, I kept playing and enjoying myself. S-Billy (Silly to his friends) isn't META CRAZY, but he's a LOT of fun; Spinning around on a motorcycle and crashing it into foes as much as he does the Sentai Flying Rider Kick! MY WEEBS KNOW THE ONE! And if Silly ain't your flavor we've got more here! We've got The Daughter of Verbil (Hoshimi Miyabi), Tweet Tweet Mommy (Yixuan), Sexy Rat (Jane Doe), Pain Mommy (Promeia), Big Sister Mad Max with a Shouju Twist (Ceaser King), a Gay Vampire (Hugo Vlad), his Butler Werewolf Ex-Boyfriend ( Lycaon), ROBO-JOJO PICCOLO (Banyue), A Bubbly Diva Voiced by a Fish (Astra Yao), Polite Tea Breeze Mommy (Velina), BEN BIGGER (Ben Bigger), and MORE INCOMING! Right now our current flavors are Sassy Paradox Wingaling (Remielle) and Robo Pop Princess Idol Group (Aria) You might've noticed by now that there are ROBOT Characters in this game! YES! YES THERE ARE! AND THEY ARE GREAT! Also, Bangboo! So in Summary; YES! IT IS WORTH PLAYING!
