Are you an 80's kid? Can you PRETEND you're an 80's kid? Did you watch a LOT of tv? Like, old tv shows? You Don't Know Jack Television might be for you. Not a big fan of television? You won't know a single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing they ask you. Definitely a niche game, your enjoyment is directly tied to your hopefully encyclopedic knowledge of television. So be warned; you better know your Thursday night NBC lineup for 1986.

Loved playing YDKJ back in my youth, but it seems the us versions of it are a tad too american for me as a German. Hence I don't know a thing, and am reduced to guessing all the time xD Still nice for its nostalgic feeling and humor. Got all YDKJ games very cheap during the sale in a bundle, so it isn't worth complaining about the culture barriere. Overall, it is a nice game for now and then, but nothing special. For this game in particular, you better know everything about ass-old tv-shows, or you will fail as much as I did xD

Как викторина норм, но много вопросов на которые не знаешь ответа. Так же цена чуток высокая как по мне. Но тут уже вкусовщина, и каждому свое.

[h1] Genre [/h1] Ein Humorvolles Quiz Spiel [h1] Gameplay [/h1] Genau wie auch bei den anderen Klassischen "YDKJ" Spielen, ist auch hier die Steam Version des Spiels Leider nur auf Englisch. Von diesem Teil habe ich damals gar nichts mit bekommen, aber es ist im Prinzip das selbe Spiel. Aber das bedeutet nicht, dass das Spiel schlecht ist. Man kann an einem PC mit bis zu 3 Spielern gleichzeitig gegeneinander antreten. Es gibt viele verschiedene Kategorien und viele Fragen die alle absolut verwirrend sind. Der Humor ist auch auf Englisch Großartig. Ist einfach was für zwischendurch mit Kumpels oder Familie [h1] Pro/Contra [/h1] + Nett für Zwischendurch + Man kann mit bis zu 3 Spielern an einem PC zusammen spielen + Viele Kategorien + Viele Fragen + Humorvoll - Leider Keine Achievements - Leider nicht auf Deutsch [h1] Fazit [/h1] Die "YDKJ" Spiele sind einfach Klassiker. Es ist sehr Humorvoll und wenn man ein paar Mitspieler hat, macht es auch Heute noch Laune. Hätte mir aber die Deutsche Sprachausgabe gewünscht. Compared to full series of classic You Don't Know Jack games by Jellyvision, this isn't really one of their best. I'm sure it can be entertaining if you have excellent familiarity with TV and celebrities from the 50s-80s, particularly sitcoms, but the game distinctly lacks the level of polish and fun energy I found in the most of the main YDKJ series, as well as the Movies edition. YDKJ Television is just rather drab, particularly the transitions. The main host is also quite abrasive and simply unfunny. I get a sense the team behind this was just going through the motions. The early YDKJ games and Movies edition are much more fun. If you're interested in this, pick it up as part of the You Don't Know Jack Classic Pack, especially if it's on sale. Just don't buy YDKJ Television on its own. Even at $3 I don't think it's worth it.

Wow... sometimes I feel old. Then I play this game and realise I know very little about TV older than me.
