About
You and I is a comedic, abstract FMV that offers a choose your own adventure style narrative following Mark as he gets lost in the woods with his friend Ace. However, the more time the two spend together, the stranger the two become. Make decisions based on the fractured relationship between Mark and Ace to understand what is really happening.
Navigating through the woods takes between 15 minutes and 1 hour, depending on how deeply you engage with the story and choices. The gameplay is designed for meaningful exploration, and is built around three core systems:
Two-Choice Decision System: Allowing for simple branching narratives, and easy ways of back-tracking.
Skippable Replays: Already seen a scene? You can skip them to keep the pace flowing without losing context.
Plentiful "Endings": While there are multiple unique paths and route endings to discover, the game ultimately concludes with a single, pivotal decision that determines the final outcome and reflects the full journey you’ve taken.
As the forest path unfolds and reality begins to lose meaning, where will you find yourself? How will you view Ace? How will you view Mark? Who are they together?

THIS IS SO COOL!!!! such a cool idea, and honestly really good execution. Laughed and reflected. absolute peak
i love the wittyness of this game so much. it being so unserious at times blends perfectly together with the sometimes dark in contrast scenes and the characters and their dynamic is so fun you cant help but excuse the ocassional bad acting or the scene being a little rough around the edges. the jokes are clever and charming and honestly remind me of 2010's cheesy humor in a good way. after four continuous hours of just sitting there enjoying the amount of content and unlocking every ending available, when it all wrapped up i was left with a void thats normally there after finishing a good tv show or a movie. i will go as far as saying that this is the best fmv on steam, and the fact that its free is mind-blowing, cause the editing and overall details are so well put together you can see the dedication that went into this project. this game being so unknown that if you search for it you wont find it on the internet other than here is making my heart break and i hope it gets the recognition it deserves.
"If The Truth Is Yours, Then The Truth Is That Everything Is... Weird." After 100%-ing this game in 2.2 hours, I can confidently say that 'You And I' is one of the strangest free experiences I've played in a while. It's an FMV choose-your-own-adventure following Mark and Ace through the woods, but describing the plot feels like trying to explain a dream you barely remember. The acting is insanely engaging, the writing has both comedy with unsettling moments, and the branching paths made me want to keep replaying until every achievement was unlocked. The game isn't long, but it doesn't need to be. Every route adds a new piece to the puzzle, even when the puzzle itself seems determined to change it's mold with every addition. For a free game, there's been a massive amount of care put into the story, and that boasts it's replayability. My only warning: if you're looking for a straightforward story, you going to be leaving the forest with more questions than answers. Giving this a 9.5/10
after losing blackjack i found out they like each other, still calling bs how i dont win blackjack besides that its nice indie tell tale project even with small budget
Норм, жаль русского нет.
Worth a play, wish skipping already played scenes was a bit faster though
