Wormster Dash

Overall, this is a really fun game. It is simple, but worth a playthrough. Timing your jumps and maintaining speed and momentum help give more depth to an otherwise mechanically simple runner. I find myself wanting to optimize my movement as much as possible, especially with the ever present worm chasing me. I was motivated to keep playing to see what would come next. This game is well worth the $1.99 price tag. My only complaint is that the end is anti-climactic.

A short and sweet platformer that requires you to learn and perfect. This game is essentially a single level from Rayman. No real replayablility (apart from simply beating it again and again) but it's one you can play, beat and be done with. The mechanics are simple and require little expaination (I will say that I was quite fond of how the tutorial was given), this is a game that you must play, lose, retry until you eventually get there. The art speaks for itself. Unique and eye drawing. The world is quite beautiful. I found that I wanted to character to just stop running and let me soak up the visuals for a little while. Perfect for someone with an hour or two to kill and a little cash to spare. Took me around 1.5 hours to finish. I liked that it was unforgiving in that when you lose you're back to square one, but forgiving in that you don't have to perfect your run to finish the game. It's not necessary to find all the shortcuts. However, it sure is satisfying to discover them and incorporate them into your next run. This is not a "must play". But I think if you're drawn in by the art and can spare the low price, give it a go.

This game's fantastic! Gorgeous hand-drawn artwork, simple-but-addictive gameplay, I love it! I'm gonna feature it on my gameplay channel as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Very short, but really a fun and tense game!

Play this for the incredible art direction. It certainly has nailed that "steam boat willy" vibe bordering on creepy yet adorable. Also it easier than the similar themed Cuphead so thats what kept me playing it
