I like this game

the game is very bad lately, i used to love this game. always putting me in 1 sided battles where i last 2 mins or to the end and do bugger all. random matches are that bad with matchmaking always putting me into battles where my ship is nothing, tehn change ship to counter and it does the opposite hlding back players who want to have fun. want to make me vomit in my own mouth.

Got burned out of 30 bucks on a ship i dont like due to lack of test drives. Support says you cant refund a ship even after one (1) battle. Terms for refunds might as well say a big fat NO REFUNDS EVER the way theyre so anti-consumer. How is that even allowed is beyond me

bad idea to get this game. real pity too, used to be so good.

But the combination of: - aggressive monetization - constant FOMO - questionable matchmaking - power creep - controversial submarines and carriers - endless premium offers and currencies eventually outweighed the fun for me. If you are curious, the game is free, so you can obviously try it for yourself. But I would strongly recommend: [b]DO NOT SPEND MONEY EARLY.[/b] Play the Tech Tree. Learn the game. See how the matchmaking feels. See how you feel about the grind, submarines, carriers and the economy. And only then decide whether this is something you actually want to support financially. Because underneath all of these problems... [b]there is still a good naval game here.[/b] And that is exactly what makes it so disappointing. I don't dislike World of Warships because the core game is terrible. [b]I dislike it because I think the core game deserves much better than the direction surrounding it.[/b] [h1]GREAT SHIPS.
