Great game, tons of content and challenge. Rewarding at the same time. Looking forward to 1.0!
This is not what I was expecting. Magic right now is scarce and not super useful, so I often forget to use my spells. Might be a me problem since I'm still learning and low lvl. Found a few glitches, but they are few and far between. On a positive side note, guns feel damn good, and the unlock system make me wanna try them all, even though I prefer games with a deep magic system. The sound is very nice, sets the mood and is important for survival. The graphics are stunningly beautiful, and sometimes I just stop to look over the landscape. Movement in the game feels so good, love the double jump and dash, for some enemies its better to jump and othere you need to dash or they will hit you, never seen movement used this way in a game. There don't seem to be a lot of maps, but they generate with enemies and loot somewhat randomly. There is still a lot I haven't unlocked, so even though it's the same map, there is often something new to try out. The hideout is a bit confusing to navigate, but it fits the theme of the game since it was made for survival and not convenience. There is a lot I havent unlocked in hideout but there seems to be many ways to modify they gameplay from hideout. Over all, a damm nice game, looking forward to full release!
Satisfying game play loop and interesting lore. Takes a bit to understand the mechanics though. Can be confusing.
Убогий кривой шутерный дарсоулс. Разрабы реально считают, что прыжки боссов на пол карты к игроку и самонаводящиеся снаряды это интересно? И это спустя 3 года раннего доступа.
Absolute hidden gem of a game. The theme is amazingly well done. The story is well delivered an reveals itself as you work through areas. The mechanics, game play and build variety are very fun to explore. Builds are straight forward without the need to be a theory crafter. In my experience every build will work and the fun is in exploring these as you play to level weapons and items. I have found every run great fun and at times the game ramps up the challenge level. I play on Steam Machine and have had no real issue it runs well at 60 fps 1440p and looks great. To summarise think Roguelike, RPG, FPS & Soulslite :redsugar: /sticker Green Glimmer /sticker Outstanding Story-Rich Game 2023

This game is awesome. Each map is humongous, and each has many secrets to slowly reveal. The progression of your character, gear and story matches your progression as you get more used to the mechanics, enemies and loadouts. It's wonderful, so much more interesting than even my favorite FPS from the past. The game invites you to make life harder for yourself by unlocking harder difficulties and setting off in-game events that both punish you for sloppy play and make it more interesting. Your mistakes are as big as you let them be, you can always quit early and keep your loot or push harder and clean up the map or kill enemies quicker. It feels crazy hard at first but as you find more gear and better loadouts the entire feeling of each map changes even though the only thing that's changed is your skill. Plus, I find the enemy variety makes you naturally favor some loadouts to others, so if one gets stale you just go and hunt on a different map with different gear. Farming in this game does not get too bad, either. Even if you accidentally pushed the difficulty of the game too much too fast, and find yourself dying in the harder maps, there's many ways to keep progressing that don't suck your time infinitely like in your typical RPG. Clear the maps slower, go to lower level maps to farm XP or to level up gear, try different loadouts, and before too long you will progress even if you keep dying and dropping most your loot. I find that I don't get stuck very often. Last but not least, it's a beautiful game, visually but also in all the details of lore, spells, and whatnot. The devs say it's a labor of love and they aren't kidding. If you like FPS games and feel like the scene has been a bit stale as of late, try this game out.
This masterpiece is honestly one of the most beautiful games I've played in ages. The atmosphere is unreal, immersive as hell, every area feels like you're walking through a cursed painting, and the lighting in this game alone is worth the price of admission. But it's not just pretty as fck. The gunplay, that something like Quake but for me just better. There's something incredibly satisfying about the combat rhythm, gun sounds, you're constantly dancing between shooting, dodging, and panicking because you ran out of ammo or someone jumped on you from nowhere. Honestly didn't expect to get this hooked, but sometime I was find myself at 2 AM doing yet another run, despite I need to wakeup at 7 to go to work XD If you like roguelikes with incredible art direction and combat that actually feels good, just get it. You won't regret it!
