Super fun all around. In the beginning you can run and gun if you're skilled enough. However, towards the later of the game when you're level 20+, you need to be more strategic about the guns and skills you use. The amount of times I got pissed off cause I didn't play it safe was astronomical. Bonus points for the catholic themes. As a Catholic, I'm in love with how they incorporated the faith. Nevertheless, this is an amazing game with an awesome story and sick styles. 11/10.
Such a Fantastic Concept. It feels like a combo of borderlands, dark souls, and a killer extraction game. Very excited to max all the equipment and dive deeper! Absolutely a Great addition to the games we have today
♥♥♥♥♥♥ шедевр, стоит каждого рубля
Amazing game that is full of discovery. Dark Souls with guns is accurate and deserved.

Peak mechanics. Amazing game. 10 / 10.
Шикарный рогалик
Single player extraction shooter with outstanding gunplay. Every run gets you something, no wasted time like other extraction games.
really nice gameplay and atmosphere
Believe the hype of all the comments/review of this game. Had my eyes on it for a while and it was in my wishlist for even longer but I finally pulled the trigger looking for and FPS as a mouthwash from all the other roguelikes I've been playing. Simply put this game has a really fleshed out identity and nails it's core concepts. Gunplay feels fantastic with very interesting/fun level progressions for each. Relics/magic are very complimentary to what you want to do with your weapons/builds. Enemy variety will have you playing very strategic in terms of spacing/positioning/weapon selection. The gnosis system (essentially an ascension system) will make expeditions tougher but also your own character through unlocks. It has souls like mechanics (not a huge fan of the genre) but Witchfire incorporates it minimally and not devastating to earn back anything you lose if remains not recovered. Theres a bit of a grind to be able to progress once you reach Velmorne(?) but I literally don't even think of it as a grind because I feel like it is always my fault when I die and nothing cheesy happens. Game runs nearly perfect on my rig on ultra settings with only minor frame drops in specific areas of some maps but never in combat. If you're thinking about purchasing don't hesitate. I got it on sale but even at full price this is well worth it. Also at time of writing the 0.9 update has dropped and as far as I understand the 1.0 will be just the introduction of the mainline story so essentially the game is mechanically complete. Shoutout to the devs on this, really looking forward to 1.0!
