You take the role of a young writer in search of an affordable place to live while working on the next novel. You have come across an advertisement for a very cheap apartment that is owned by an elderly woman who lost her daughter a few years ago. In this area, many people have gone missing, and the locals consider the place to be cursed.
During your first night in your new apartment, a massive storm causes the electricity to go out, and you feel the presence of something evil watching you from behind. There are strange screams coming from the elderly woman's apartment, and you feel the need to go check out what it is all about.

Witch's Doll fängt ruhig an, aber sobald man sich als Schriftstellerin an sein Horrorbuch setzt, geht der Albtraum so richtig los. Das Spiel bietet wirklich gut platzierte Jumpscares und eine sehr spannende – wenn auch stellenweise etwas verwirrende – Story rund um Trauer, Verlust und einer ziemlich unheimlichen Puppe. Wer Lust auf ein stimmungsvolles Indie-Projekt für zwischendurch hat und sich gerne gepflegt gruselt, macht hier definitiv nichts falsch! Meine Wertung: 🧦 7,5 von 10 Möblierte-Wohnungs-Socken! 🧦
A Good and a Bad...loved the game...very tense atmosphere, great mood background music...great jump scares and good puzzles...but the Bad - there is no save option...I'm not on my 3rd time having to start all the way back at entering the Old Lady's apartment to search, even after going all the way thru past the "red door" room...takes 30 -45 mins to get back there everytime...need to add a save at the entrance to that room...
