No clear way to cancel subscription! This was a fun game, but with no setting to cancel our instructions on how to cancel the subscription, their “cancel anytime” line is a joke. I reported it and emailed them to cancel. I HOPE that’s enough.

Removed Access to Paid Version I recently had checked out the app and saw that there had been a change to the payment method to a subscription which had removed my access to it. However reaching out to the company was very easy and they were able to help correct the mistake that occurred which had removed my access. The process to restore my purchase was very easy and they made everything I needed to do very simple. The customer service I received was excellent with quick responses to solve my problem. After this I decided to correct my previous review which had been a 1 star to what I actually think of the app. I think that there is a rather plain list of different choices, but what they do give are fun to talk about. Additionally you are able to submit your own questions so you can add as many different ones you want. Beneath this is my previous review before I reached out to the company and had them correct the mistake, so if you wish to read that go for it. I've had this game for over 5 years, and I've enjoyed it the entire time. I ended up using it so much that I decided to buy the adult version to have more options to choose from. However when I went to try and open it today I get told that I need to purchase it again. To make it worse the new way of buying it is a paid subscription in comparison to the one time purchase that it used to be. I can't see any reason for this change besides money. I'm rather disappointed that this change happened. I get they need to earn money, but removing access for people that have already purchased it is unfair and completely unnecessary.
