In a nutshell, What Remains of Edith Finch is an atmospheric exploration game where you will unravel the story of your family and its supposedly cursed bloodline. It is a great game and I thoroughly enjoyed my experienced playing it: the music, the ambience, the story, the voice acting, the visuals... all of it was excellent! And I'm pretty sure that anybody who plays it will also enjoy it very much, as it is truly a well-made game. My only warnings for anybody considering to buy this game: 1) It is short (about 2 hours) 2) In terms of gameplay, you will be mostly walking looking around. There are some instances where you will be required to do a few different things, but do not expect a lot of mechanics or challenges. I mention these points matter-of-factly and not as a criticism, as they are part of what makes the game what it is: it is a game you can (and probably should) play in one sitting and just let your mind be captured by the narrative. Extra points if you grew up in a family that was fixated on their own history to the point of believing that its members were fated to do certain things or be a certain way.

For me this game is a must play. Short , simple achivements, but great story!
