A unique experience.
No game, at least the ones that i have played have come even close to giving the experience of live hacking. This game portrays that feeling perfectly. The ability to change traffic lights, control bridges, blockers, steam pipes and what not, its just a amazing experience in general to time that perfect shot and get a hit. People's information being so easily available by just looking at them makes this game even more dynamic.
Some side missions really pinged my interest. Like missing people, burner phones, human trafficking investigation and so on. I completed these side missions because they were interesting, not because the developers just had to shove something up for side missions. Multiple characters have there voice logs available throughout the city which gives us more lore and intel on what's actually going on.
The game has a lot of freedom for it's size. You can kill anyone, get chased by police, become a anarchist or protector. Your choice. Decent amount of guns to buy from along with jammers, sticky bombs, blackouts, grenades and what not. Hell, you can even play poker and gamble or chess, or if none of those interest you, you can always do fixer contracts. Acting as a decoy, transportation, interception. You can even attack criminal conveys, stop individual crimes, get ride of gangs, become a giant spider-tank, etc.

Story was great. Starting from aiden losing his niece, all the way to killing lucky quinn and taking that revenge. I loved it. The characters actually had depth, like maurice being manipulated by the club, forcing him into the kill and sending his wife into human trafficking auction. Creating this dynamic of understanding maurice perspective but at the same time, not being able to just let aiden's niece die out.
Other characters like clara, kenny, jordi, those are definitely not that bad on there own. I hated quinn and damien. What happened to them was fully deserved. Jordi's betrayal sucked since he was there since the game's start. Then again, the guy works purely for money. Kenny was badass, at least he went to the rat's lair on his own. Clara "betrayed" aiden and died drowning in guilt. Killing iraq by first gaining intel through tyrone. The story and characters, both are great.
